Also, Movarth Piquine is in Skyrim and he was bitten by a Cyrodiilic vampire.
Yeah that last part bugs me. His being there makes no sense in relation to previous lore

No that started with the Order in Cyrodiil, but how the clan in Skyrim can do the same thing..... well that just hasn't been explained yet. Makes no sense at the moment.
Bethesda got lazy. They'll probably say that all vampire tribes followed "The Order" and made the deal with Clavicus Vile, but people will know they just didn't put the effort in.

It's hard for me to blame them though. Anything is better than what they used to have in the old days.

Vampire's only coming out at night and being shunned by everyone in the world pretty much breaks the game.... Have you played a vampire in vanilla Morrowind? lol

If they want other vampires to walk in the day light for gameplay and balance reasons I'm fine with it. They just need to explain it with a good story is all I'm saying.

Yeah, i quite liked it. Could've been much better though, and was made much better with Vampire Embrace and Vampiric Hunger mods.

They can't explain it away. They can try, but people will see right through it.

I refuse to believe the vampires in Skyrim are the Volkihar. Until any official lore is added, I simply will refuse.

Weren't they considering not having vampires at all? It might've been a last minute addition that wasn't planned well.
