That's the original Latin way of pronouncing it. I think the ecclesiastical Latin is "chaisar", but I could be mistaken.
Anyway, it shows that Caesar's legion, or at least it's higher ups, are pretty serious about emulating ancient Rome, they've even done their homework on Latin pronunciations.
I wonder how Caesar himself will pronounce his name though...
Maybe Vulpes Inculta is one of the few crazy people enough to do things like, learn Latin, but probably all the high ranking Legionnaires will be real Classics nerds.
