Thanks for the excellent customer care and respect for our time and money. What an idiotic quip.

And there are plenty of people around the engineers that are not engineering. For example, Todd Howard could look into the situation even if atm this is not his projectn (sry Todd, it was just meant as an example, plz dont stray from your current projects, this one is too messed up).

That's not how software releases work. You don't have a random guy from another company show up and say "I heard there's a problem. Tell me so I can tell the community!"

Besides, reports need to be made, once every while a report can go to the community managers and they can give the update. Engineers write reports too...

A report to the community would take attention away from fixing the problem. The best you could expect is "we're working on the problem." And AFAIK, we've already gotten that.

Systems engineers don't write reports until after everything is said and done. But by then... There's no real point to releasing the report sine everyone will be playing HH anyway.

Nevermind that the engineers haven't even necessarily found the problem yet, depending on what exactly it is.

disagreed, i can be irratated if i want to be! everyone here has a right to be annoyed =[

True, but it won't nchage the fact that nothing will happen till they get their thumb out of their ***. So throwing a fit about it is just self-harming.
But you are right, everybody has the right to do so.

Launch delay was strategic. Community needed more registrations.
I can't believe I fell for it.

Well, that question, yeah. Its an open ended question thats probably going to need some specialist knowledge to answer quickly, so its going to have to be translated into "Real People Speech".

Funny story.. I was at the L.A. Noire midnight launch last night and they had ordered pizza for about 60 people.

About 20 showed up. Needless to say I have a free box of pizza now.

Depending on what the problem is, this could require a huge and in depth answer.

and

2: Can we expect the dlc today.

The answer to this depends, again, on what the problem is, and whether it's been tracked down yet.

I have good news, I just ordered a pizza. By the way, the pizza hut cheese sticks (not the bread with cheese on it, but the actually deep fried cheese sticks) are addictive.

That is all.

sigh... I guess I'm going to finish replaying the Dead Money dlc... Thinking of Honest Hearts the entire time. Seriously though, I wonder how they'd like it if every NV player on the pc just decided not to buy it or wait a week or a month. Just to put things in perspective, they are able to put these dlcs on the market because they know they will have a rush of folks buying it... as soon as they are able.

And I don't get how some people can call the flaming posters on here 'people with a silly entitlement complex' when they are the ones spending the money and making it possible for the products to exist. idk maybe I'm just old fashioned that way, in that when a person, especially big entity(s) like Bethesda/Steam/Obsidian makes announcements on the release date of one of their products, they actually come out. Imagine if this was a boxed game and you had to drive miles to the nearest game store to purchase it only find out that the game was only going to be released 'soon'. More people would be a lot more p'oed, and probably would be venting their anger not on some lonely forum on the internet.
