Well, I'm glad they are in the game, but there are those couple of kids that really get on your nerves. That from a parent and Uncle who has alot of patience with kids in RL, too. Well, sometimes, when they don't drive me crazy.

I guess it's realistic, anyway, since there are always those kids in RL who are really rude or disrespectful to people and might make you want to smack the parents for not correcting them.

They weren't. Daggerfall (and Arena) either didn't have them, or they were a static bitmap representation of a child that probably didn't do anything (but I don't recall seeing any, specifically)

I think even if the online forum thing had been big back then, people had bigger things to complain about than the kids - or lack thereof... namely, things like falling into the void.
