1. Spam yourself dude. I'm allowed to quote whomever I want and I don't have to add anything else to the post.
2. Quoting someone and not typing anyone else is a notation that you agree with everything that person said. Some people merely add "this." Welcome to the internet.
3. Nowhere in the rules is this considered spam. Multiple people doing it doesn't make it spam, either. Rather, it means multiple people agree, and it's considered flattering to the poster who is originally quoted.
4. Your annoying criticisms are what's spammy, and furthermore, inflammatory. Do not provoke me or others to report you.
1. Then why bother posting?
2. Yeah, and it's spam as it adds nothing to the thread but announcing that "
just in case anyone wondered what I, Gabriel77Dan, think of this isssue, I think exactly as this guy/gal^, I won't add anything substansial to further the debate and I will not add any criticisms of my own, I just want everyone to know, I agree with this person. Bye!"

4. Spamming/Cross-posting are not allowed.
Spam is the posting of advertisemants, abusive, or unneeded messages on Internet forums. Off topic comments, or posts that have little or no relevance to the subject being discussed, repetitive threads or a post that does not contribute to the thread such as "inb4the lock" or other "playing at being a moderator" posts are all considered spam on this forum. There is a report button bottom left of every post, please use it if you are concerned about a post or topic.
Bumping, or posting to bring your thread to the front is also considered spam here. If you have asked a question and it has not been answered, please be patient. If it falls to the third page or so, you may post to bring it forward once after several hours but doing so more than once will get your topic closed and a warning for spam.
Crossposting is asking the same question via starting a topic in more than one section of this forums. This is not allowed. Please note the different sections and try to post in the appropriate section.
Should you realize you have posted in the wrong section, please ask a moderator to move it by using the report button to ask. The moderators will be happy to assist you with getting it to the appropriate section.
Furthermore, please do not post in ALL CAPS as it's rude and spammish. This goes for posts and thread subjects; thread subjects also shouldn’t have gimmicks and what not intended to catch people’s attention, such as starting and ending it with a string of asterisks."
The posts I quoted fit perfectly into this, posts that are unneeded and does not contribute to the thread.
And if they do contribue, mind explaining how? Saying "I agree with this person" does not add any arguments in favor or against the subject at hand, nor does it try to fix any lack of knowledge (like if someone is incorrect about lore) or strengthen a argument already made.
It doesn't add anything.
But fine, I'll PM a moderator and ask bluntly if [blank] or "this!" posts are spam or not.
And if it is, I'll ask that moderator to change the rules to include this.
4. Okay.
Now onto the ontopic:I think that they streamlined the guilds too much, I can understand if they didn't want to force players to be 100 in 5 magic skills to become archmage, but this streamlining to make things more accessible for a larger group of people really hurts the coherency of the factions/guilds and lore.
Sadly, there is nothing we can do about it now, Skyrim is as it is, you could always come over to the Fallout forums and criticize Skyrim's guild designs and tell them how you want Fallout 4 to handle the joining of factions instead.
