I agree that this wasn't the best DLC produced, but still provided some enterainment. I found that Dead Money was better for me for a couple of reasons:
1 - Gameplay was longer, (Or felt longer)
2 - Provided more of a story line to follow and gripped me into it
3 - The dark, evil-ness surrounding the place was just scarey yet, had me wanting to progress a tad futher, rather than sighing at the next "Go here, speak to him, pick up this" quest
Honest Hearts seemed more of a run-around feel, rather than story line based. You dont really interact with Joshua or Daniel much in the game, and felt that they could of provided more towards the DLC gameplay, or at least make them interact more.
But, pretty good DLC's so far, hope the next 2 are as well though-out and well in-depth..
