I would add things such as more social options like doing things with your friends, invite them to your house for a drink of mead.
I'd also add things like that you could clean yourself, after getting dirty when searching through nordic ruins.
When you're a thane you can help more to political and war issues in the city, decide the next step.

Rain clipping
Hunger/Food/Thirst addition (Hard core mode)
More random events such as wars
~~sixual encounter~~
The greater presence of Policital affairs (The war doesn't effect Merchants or anything)

I'd add a hardcoe type mode like in F:NV, and limit the number of factions you can join, being the head of the College, the Companions, the Theives Guild, the Dark Brotherhood, AND the champion of each Daedric Prince just seems silly to me.

I'd also like there to be more factions available to join, like a Necromancer guild/cult, or the silver hand, or being able to do a couple of quests for the Vigils of Stendarr.

Id like to see change in the landscape over time, e.g citys changing, new building being built etc.

A better AI system, i mean id like to see the NPC's constantly being updated in terms of what they say in relation to Skyrim and its goings ons and maybe have the ability to develop better relations with the NPC's

More customisation, e.g tattoos, logos on weapons, hair stylists etc

Able to change characters looks based on food eaten, lack of sleep etc.

Id like to Bethesda include random events on set dates, like menton in a previous post,fesitvals, partys, protests etc

I think having monthly or something updates would be cool adding minor quests because I know DLC add things like this but eventually they're going to just give up on making more things for skyrim.

Becoming a bard svcks, it would be better if you could learn how to play in the game and walk into an inn and entertain people to get money while you listen to your character sing and his voice would depend on his race or something.

Improved dialog choice and core mechanics that actually mean something. I want NPCs to react to MY character and race. I want dialog specific to MY character and race. I want consequence and repercussion for the actions and choices of MY character.

Making your own faction and seizing power would be a lot of fun. I'd especially like having a private army, and getting to choose how they are equipped based on cost/quality of the weapons and armour. Even giving them personalised banners and shields.

But that'll never happen. :blush:
