Werebear

Yeah, like I said I doubt they will make an expansion entirely devoted to werebears, but since a lot of things from the gamejam are coming to dawnguard there's a chance werebears will be in it to.

Carebear?

Oh god I didn't think of that...

If werebears are included the first mod out for dawnguard will be care-bear skins

"Werebears? Where? Bears? Men who are bears?''

Nah, I don't think Wereberes will ever be implemented into Skyrim. They just seem a bit daft and unnecessary in my opinion,

I don't believe that they would add vampire lords but not werebears, especially since the werebears seems to have gotten the most attention. I also don't think they would add a "lycanthropy" skill unless there was more lycanthropes.

I assume if bethesda adds werebears they will have their own perk tree seperate from werewolves.

vsions hinted at more Lycanthrope content. Maybe the third DLC is werewolf related. it will make those apes in the lore section go bananas.
When did Vsions hint of more Lycanthropes? A DLC about Hircine and his Were creatures would be so badass.

Werebears are the most common Werebeast in Skyrim. And we have none. Truthfully the Companions should have been Werebears.

I don't think Vsions said anything about more werebeasts specifically, only that they were getting some love too.

But Werebears are supposed to be native to Skyrim and the most numerous [insert animal]thropes too. They should have been in the game to start, or at the very leasr, the Companions should have been them.

@The Unconnected One  it freaked me out how similiar our responses are.

I'm not a big fan of the werebear concept. It's too much of just an alternate to wolf form. I always thought werebears are men/women of Skyrim in a "berzerk" mode (thats is actually what berzerk means (bear skin)). Its nothing like a curse like being a werewolf - its just buffed up fighting mode. Berzerk people also keep control of their rage and mind unlike werewolves.

The compaions should have been werebears. That would fit.

I hope werebears would be able to summon a boar to help them, then I could make so many Manbearpig jokes.

I know what you mean, it just didn't seem different enough to justify from werewolves. Vampire Lords on the other hand seem unique enough to add in.
