Do werewolves play a part in dawnguard?

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 11:34 am

They are not going to be part if the story.
The werewolf tree was added to balance the vampire tree.
I hope they add in s different way to become a werewolf because I don't want every character I make that wants to be a werewolf join the companions. Maybe they could be isolated to an area on the map or sonething or have them ad a very rare encounter in the wild or something like that.
there is another way to become a werewolf in the interview they said in the dlc u will become a werewolf in a quest

Hopefully if they do add in wild werewolves, they add a twist when you contact it. The werewolves should be different than "circle" werewolves. It is said that the circle werewolves may have the ability to turn on command because they were created by Glenmoril witches that were in service to Hercine. If they allow you to contact in through the wild then they should be tied to the moon like in Morrowind.

Well I hope they at least introduce a new way to become one, I hate doing the companions quests.
I like this idea. You shouldn't be forced into joining the Companions to become a werewolf.

Nor should you be forced to become a werewolf if you join the Companions.

Hmm. I wonder whether Hircine's quest will be tweaked so that being 'gifted' with lycanthropy is a possible outcome/reward.

You should become one by facing them in the wilds why must they insist on you having to do quest to become werewolves and buying houses and so on its annoying.

Exactly, both points.

There should have just been wild werewolves that you could be cursed by, like vampires.
