What elder scrolls guild would you join if you were in the T

I would never join a guild in the Elder Scrolls world. They are just waiting to implode by the time the next "hero" arrives.

I'm speculating here.
I don't think Bethesda would do what I'm suggesting, but in theory technology builds on its self, making an Industrial Revolution inevitable, even with magic.
BTW I would love it if TES did take this route, but that's just me.

An alchemist figured out how to make gunpowder, cool. Then a really smart blacksmith says, hey, what if we used this to shoot giant metal balls at people. BOOM! there you have it, canons! You see where I'm taking this.
Yeah, but my thing is, we have Fable III as a testament to this. RPG peeps want dungeons and dragons; those who want guns can get the PC version and mod it in. Put guns and industry in there, you get a poop game.

I would love to be an Alik'r Warrior, they are shown a bit in skyrim but Redguard's are my favorite race and I just would love to be in a faction that basically are bounty hunterish type people.

That or any group of the dark-brotherhood.

What makes you think the average desert warrior from Hammerfell is bounty-hunterish?

This will be my last response as I don't want to keep derailing this thread.

I understand the wants of people in regard games. I'm talking about what eventually would happen in Tamrial (all things held equal and all that).

And don't say that any concept is due to failure, or is a "poop" game. So what if one dev screws it up? They just didn't do it right. You can write a good book about any thing, you can film a good movie about any thing, so you can make a good game about anything.

Well I got no leads on but from what I heard from that quest it's something I would like to be involved with.
