Multi-player : there is TESO. No problem with two last Dragonborn there.
Dwemer returning : Walk-Brass denies possibilities in more than it's own time and space.
Werewolf armour? : I don't give a damn for lycans and vampires myself, but even I can't get my head around this one. You can't put it on before you change shape, and after you have changed, you are a ravening beast.

There needs to be more transformations than just werewolves and vampires, and that super vampire thing in Dawngaurd

What does everyone else want to see in the future for Skyrim ?

Basically everything you mentioned are available right now, with mods. So I don't think Bethesda would release any of them as a major component of a paid DLC.

That said, they may still release some of them(arrow crafting) along with patches(like mounted combat) or along with a DLC but only as a minor component.

I think they would focus on releasing contents that are more story based, instead of gameplay based. Because that's where Bethesda can stand out from the modders.

Bug: Dark Brotherhood Cowl. I really want that mask to work, looks so cool! It can't be too hard to fix.
