The original and nothing else. Simply too awesome and fits perfectly. Still, if someone did come into my room, tied me up on my chair, rubbed honey on my balls and put fire ants in front of them telling me that he will let them do their job until I name an alternative soundtrack for Skyrim, then my I would go with Bathory. Also, DragonForce... really!? >_>
I don't mind the original score for the game. It's a bit over the top when it comes to trying to sound "epic", but that's just me. I wouldn't mind adding in some less "epic" sounding tracks to the game. Basically stuff like folk and non-electric blues, and more somber sounding ragtime. Maybe some less somber stuff like songs akin to Got My Mojo Working by Muddy Waters and maybe some of Celldweller's newer stuff from his been being in development for over five years yet is getting songs released as they are finished album called Wish Upon a Black Star(especially the song So Long Sentiment)
A few others that'd be pretty good in the game:

six Pistols, live Deep Purple (1971-1973), Bob Dylan, Dead Kennedys, Tom Waits, Original Carter Family, Pink Floyd, Flipper, Mr. Bungle, King Crimson, Leon Redbone, John Prine...
...impossible to say with what i know, i could never pick just one soundtrack, or stick to however many i manage to rack up becuase i will find more but to start i will say tyr, amon amarth and dragonforce

I just need the fire ants... oh and gloves. and what's wrong with DragonForce?
The original soundtrack is good enough for me, though the Oblivion soundtrack would work to, but aside from those I would also have to go with Embrace of the Endless Ocean by Amon Amarth or Valhalla by Bathory.
The original Skyrim soundtrack is it for me. I have not been this happy with Bethesda rpg music since Daggerfall. Everything just fits so perfectly in whatever situation i find myself enjoying. From creepy dungeons to festive restful taverns and haunting melodies in the wilderness the music score is Skyrim.
Hail Bethesda! They make us believe music should be playing by itself as air is invisible surrounding us while we live our lives.
Requiem for a dream - forgot the name of the artist sorry Dream is collapsing - Hanz Zimmer Hello Zepp- Also forgot artist
Ooo nice ones. Yes classical is the only thing i could see fitting in. Perhaps a suspenseful version of Firebird by Isao Tomita as well as his Night On Bald Mountain.
I use these really rad headphones that make it seem like I'm in Skyrim physically so I just use the game music.
However, I do find myself humming/singing the Star Trek opening theme whenever I go somewhere I haven't been before or occasionally when some NPC is like "NO ONE'S EVER GONE TO X LOCATION AND COME BACK" or something.

That happened to me today when i realised how easy it would be to create a Sidh Elf character from Raven Softwares Herectic as the theme played in my mind along with Raven's Black Crypt theme. I also noticed how Skyrim's original score feels so right when playing such a character.

I've got like twelve which put me in a similar reality disconnect. At the moment my favorite is the KRK KNS-8400 i picked up in january which really makes Skyrim and Fallout 3 come alive showing me how much i've been missing with my bookshelf speakers.
