I'm a traffic sampling manager at Royal Mail.

Does that mean you have to find out how they taste?

Unemployed/full time community college student. Probably gonna start looking for a part time job soon. I'm still living with my parents, so the only thing I really have to pay for is gas (and video games), and I managed to make my graduation present money last until just a couple weeks ago.

full time student and "part time" sysadmin.

I say "part time" because I can telecommute and am pretty much always on-call (except when in classes). I've done my job between classes before.

Half of the school year I run a 450 acre school forest where the district sends kids for nature field trips. Outdoor education is wehre my heart is. Kids who don't fit into a classroom get a chance to shine and what's better than tromping through the woods with 20 kids and having a bald eagle soar over you so low that it has to "pull up" to clear the trees?

Other half of the school year I sub to make ends meet. Half the pay of a regular teacher, but no grading etc. at home.

Summer is teaching outdoor science summer school for the district and house projects.

Retired autoworker from metro Deee-troit.
Worked in the historic GM Willow Run Hydra-Matic Transmission plant.
When I hired in 1977 there were over 10,000 people working there.
When I retired in 2008, there were about 1600.
The plant closed officially in Dec. 2010.

I have reoccurring dreams about the place constantly.

I work in a musicstudio and write songs to other people who really doesn't deserve them. But hey, I can't do anything else. Except playing videogames.

I'm still in uni studying accounting and banking&finance, but I've got an internship with KPMG, starting this summer. I should be working for them once I graduate, if everything goes according to plan.

This sounds fantastic. You sound like you lead a rich, fulfilling life and I am quite envious. I like the idea of working outdoors - always have done - and teaching would be a career to make anybody feel like they're making a difference. I'd be proud if I were you.

I'm an airline pilot flying Airbus 320s for easyJet, a major UK and European airline.

I work for an oil and gas services company. I am currently based in Accra (Ghana). I am in charge of the relations between my company and the national oil companies of west african countries. It involves a lot of travel, very interesting meetings with government, universities etc...

Eh I'm the second manager of the third shift and the place I work. A place which I won't name because it's against company policy to talk about it online haha. It's easy work and we're allowed to run it how we want for the most part. We stock and do inventory control basically.

I dig up old graves.

I also sort my way through old rubbish pits. And uncover old villages. And many things besides.

I'm an archaeologist :) Still studying, but already working part-time.

What did father time and Buddha do?

Buddha is a title, not a specific entity.
