What do you guys do?

I have one character at the moment, Thorom a nordic Crusader.

He collects unique items and books. By now he have a pretty decent sized library. I also collect the vampire dust and briar hearts.

Other than that I often walk the roads of Skyrim for fun.

Collecting and reading the books, and waiting around for Lydia to reappear after she's wandered off somewhere. :)
Also, I never get tired of watching the giants.

Depends what comes along or how I feel. Sometimes I just like to wander around the wilds, casting Soul Trap on Wolves and Bears and stuff to fill as many empty Soul Gems as I can. Sometimes I just like to stay at home and move things around in my house, or do a spot of Alchemy or Enchanting. Sometimes I just wander around a City, stealing the full-face helmets off the Guards to see what they look like underneath.
Spoiler
(Was quite fun discovering again the Abandoned Shack, where there are some people held captive by the Dark Brotherhood, with Execution Cowls covering their faces. I'd already done the Quest where I had to kill one of them, and I was surprised to see the other two are still there. Amusingly, when you take the Cowls off them, they still speak in muffled tones!) ;)

My character likes to get into fist fights wherever possible. I just enchanted some gauntlets and a ring to improve unarmed and got the perk so I can take people down for fun.

Bovkin must visit his wife occasionally, as in once a month or so. He doesn't want her to forget about him, and he wants to show his love on occasions.
-He also avoids companions. Lidia died, and a few others died while at his side. Now he simply avoids them at all costs. He'll even be rude to someone just to avoid their companionship on a quest.
-He shuns his werewolf powers, and avoids transformations. He despises it(However because of the companions glitch I can't get rid of it)
-Hes the only one of my characters that will actually give money to beggars
-I like to have him sleep, then RP the fact he didn't sleep well do to the werewolf blood.

Now M'veri, hes different...
-He takes insults seriously, so anyone who "disrespects" him must die(I love RPing this)
-He will only eat bread, and will only drink mead
-He catches bugs. A lot
-He prefers to sleep on the floor over an off-the-floor bed
-Lastly, He won't go anywhere without his DB gear, even if hes not wearing it.

I pickpocket store owners for their keys while they stand behind their stalls out in the market, then come back at night after 8 and steel allot of their stuff especially jewelry, worth more.

Zig zag wildly at range whilst an enraged archer looses arrow after arrow into the wind, before charging headlong at them and obliterating them in a flurry of axe blows.

Any bodies near ledges get pushed off, friend or foe.

Hmmmm....

Eating and Sleeping with my RP characters, Giving beggars gold on my main, and resurrecting any corpses I find with my main.

Ash is so much easier to clean up than normal bodies!
