I mean like, what random, little things do you enjoy doing? Other than slaying everything that crosses your path

I love healing people. I think I get off on it.

I'm doing this mission to find this hunting party, and I saw this injured dude(don't remember his name I think it starts with a "V"), and he was saying that he was injured, and I was like "Gasp! You're injured?! I'm a healer, you know? Let me heal you!". The game gave me the option to heal him, and I used healing hands on him.

It was awesome.

Edit: His name was Valdr

Praying to the Nine, and giving proper tribute to them.

Healing/Aiding the sick, wounded, poor, and faithful.

Planning for a holy war against the Thalmor, Daedra, Undead, and all other threats to the Eight and One.

A worthy goal :) I only pray to Arkay, as he's the only divine my character worships. He also worships Magnus being a Mage

Arkay is indeed a worthy God to worship! Piety and purity in body, mind and soul. Thus, the Undead are my enemy. Talos and Stendarr are also gods that I worship frequently.

While I worship all 9 Gods, those 3 are the ones I embody most. I am, and shall become, a force of justice, war, and righteousness!

I love jumping off of mountains and waterfalls, the higher the more fun. I sometimes jump off seeing if I can survive or I jump off to kill myself for fun, other times I use Become Ethereal. I also love swimming, sometimes I follow rivers and waterfalls and other times I explore the deeper ocean. I should of been an Argonian...

I always leave a tribute of dragon bones at Talos shrines. I also like to chill out at Ainsie's cabin ( whatever her name is, but it's my cabin now  ) in the afternoons reading and hunting.

My Khajiit chases and catches every butterfly she sees.
My Orc collects skulls.
My Nord is addicted to cheese and eats it whenever and wherever she sees it.

Whenever I need to sell stuff I sell to the Khajiit caravans first. I hate that they're not allowed in the cities, plus they tend to have awesome stuff for sale. So I always let them have first crack at my wares.

Awesome answers, everyone. These are the types of things that I love about Roleplay.

--- All of my characters carry one or two items of personal significance with them at all times.

My Cleric carries a Garlic clove for luck against Vampires (I know, original lore actually had garlic attracting them...).

My Khajiit Warrior carries a Nirnroot because of her memories of a Nirnroot plant in the window of a Mage in the Imperial City as a child.

My Mage carries a Nightshade flower he found in a particular cabin after "evicting" the cabin's resident. It represents the first real test of his power in Skyrim.

Conan carries the first Ruby he found, to remind him of his early plunders when he becomes High King of Skyrim.

--- All of my characters wear the Amulet of their deity.

--- My Warrior and Mage own Breezehome. There is always a bottle of wine, a goblet, and their current book of choice on the table by the fire.

--- When someone acknowledges me positively or with respect, I go into FP and "nod" my head to them out of respect.

Silly stuff, but I enjoy it. =D

It's the 'silly' stuff like that, that make the game do much better :D

When Kaidan isn't busy finding things and killing them, he likes to catch butterflies and pick flowers.

He also sells to the Khajit caravans first, mainly because he passes them before entering the city, and it's another merchant to dump all of his crafted potions on.

Occasionally, Kaidan likes to eat sweet rolls, especially since it helps get rid of the aftertaste from giants toes and human hearts.
