What do you want next from Bethesda?

Post » Fri Dec 09, 2011 11:37 am

Honestly, I'd love Bethesda (But not limited to them) to develop a Post-Zombie outbreak world in the open world vein of TES and Fallout, with the focus being on survival more than blood and gore in dark places (Though there could be darkened buildings perhaps)

As long as an amazing game like that was made not on Gamebryo, Im good.

Either one is fine by me but I think they will go with FO.

Even if you don 't enjoy the FO series you need the the dev team and them to take a break from it and do something else.

Would you want a jaded dev team making a TES6? I know this might sound blasphemous but doing TES games all the time would get boring(This is with anything you do), sometimes you got to mix it up.

Fallout 4 because I love FO. And Skyrim will sate me for quite awhile.

Before I got Skyrim I would have said FO4, but after playing Skyrim I really want to see what happens next in the series with the Aldmeri Dominion and such.

I'd still enjoy a FO4, and would like to see them developed side-by-side, rather than waiting four years for an Elder Scrolls then another four for a Fallout, and so on. Maybe just let Obsidian handle the Fallout series. Also I hope the Skyrim DLC comes out soon.

A new Fallout, as it is genetically superior to any of its peers namely the Elder Scrolls.

Fallout 4: The Enclave.
Set in Chicago.
You play as an Enclave East Coast remnant.
Decide whether to help your people or some powerful Wasteland faction.
DLC for the Institute.
That's my dream Fallout.

The people who are having problems are the ones playing on the PC, like me. You'd naturally have less or no problems on Xbox because all Xboxes are the same, so there's much less possibility for errors. On PC you have all kind of combinations of GPUs, CPUs, drivers, Sound cards, etc, etc, which means sloppy programming makes for terribly unstable games. Skyrim is an even more egregious case since patches tend to do more hamr than good. Anyway, since you're on a console, of course you don't have problems, but that doesn't mean PC-players aren't 100% right to complain.

True but I also don't feel Beth owes anyone an apology.

An apology? No.

A decent patch that doesn't ruin even more things than the last one did? Yes.
