I want the ability to build my own house. There's nothing I would love more than living in a small cabin in the forest near a small stream.

I knew Skyrim was a Minecraft ripoff!

Please be a joke.

Many other games apart from Minecraft have the ability to build stuff.

this...i took over small cabins by "evicting" the owner but they're not officially mine.

1.6 isnt even released yet and you guys are already asking for the next patch...relax and go chase some butterflies ;)

Fix the glitch where having spells absorption absorbs your own summoning spells.

I'm sure they will have new houses/castles in DLCs, those are the big money markers.

I want... flails, spears, and I want enemy mages to actually use illusion spells and I want them to effect the player. So fear makes it look like you have 1 health regardless of how much you do and all the enemies appear scarier(bigger/deadric armor/etc.). Calm makes you put your weapons away till hit. Frenzy makes everyone including friends look like enemies, and makes them recognize you as an enemy.

Same here, but for now you could just live in Anise's Cabin for that o.o
the place doesn't reset, just don't trust the Barrels for Storage, Barrels are evil D:

As I see it, Bethesda has put in things from the gamejam that makes sense such as:

Killcams for spells/ranged - Because why should only melee get killcams?
Improved water effects - Gives a better diving feeling and is probably rather simple to make
Kinect shouts - Microsft probably requested this, and its also a rather awesome concept
Mounted Combat - It has been widely requested and should have been in the game from the start.

With this said, I believe we can eliminate some possibilities that is awesome but isn't really needed. Sure some of the more fun things like weapons and new enemies and features are highly possible, and maybe even expected, in the DLC. In other words, I don't believe things like fat giants, spears and home-building (and so on) will be added in 1.7.

These are the things I predict have a chance of showing up in 1.7:

* Footprints in the snow
* Any update to physics/visuals in the gamejam
* Dark dungeons
* Seasonal change
* Follower system updates
* (there are probably some things I forgot as well)

That's just my theory though

Would love some options to quit (side) quests and having them closed once and for all in the journal. Sure, It's possible with console commands, but it would be less of a "dirty hack" if you could just tell the quest giver that you're not interested at some point, and that's that. Wile I love Skyrim I've been a bit irritated with the lack of choice when it comes to becoming a Nightingale, and also having the Boethiah quest open in my journal forever since I'm not aiming to complete it. Might seem like a small thing to complain about, but I don't like the character's lack of choice in some parts of the game. As for the main quest line, that's of course another matter.

Oh and, first post here! :happy:

To me it feels gimmicky, it is not particularly useful as it stands, it does not fill any gaping hole in the game, and it opens a whole new can of worms full of things that need fixing.
Oh, to me it fills the gaping hole of being defenseless on your horse. Now, at worst, even if your a mage you can pull out a melee weapon and have SOME form of attack. Plus, again, I'm sure it will be tweaked and altered before final release. I agree that in it's current state it isn't ideal, but it's also in beta. I'm sure they'll change things.

Playing instruments. I am extremely happy there is a Bards' College at all, but please give them a little more love.

This.

I'd love eating animation and a kiss at the end of the wedding ceremony as well :) but a Bards' College where you actually could become a bard would be awesome.

If 1.7 is gonna be something from the Game Jam, im hoping to see

1) Followers addition (I agree, I use followers all the time and would love to be able to have better specifications then changing a mage into a warrior cause i have warrior stuff)

2) Goblins (I would suspect this in a DLC, not a Patch... Exspecially if that DLC contains Spears)

3) Something about weapons having physics. I loved the way the character swung his chain flail around. (Yes, Non Ridgid Physics would be great. That means Capes, Flags, Curtains... all realistic! And then in later DLC Flails!!!)

This. You see musical instruments everywhere, yet only the npc bards can use them. I'd also like for the Bard's College to have more quests, to make it feel like an actual guild. Solitude could use more content, being the biggest city and capital of Skyrim, yet has half the content of Whiterun.

I'd also like to see the giant mudcrabs. I'll see the skeletons of large mudcrabs here and there, but I want them to actually come to life and attack.

The unofficial patch also needs to be made official.

Can they fix the quests the college has now?.. It's 'bugged' for the longest time.

Top three requests from Game Jam for me are:

1) Flow-based water shaders
2) Seasonal Foliage
3) Snow Footprints

Also, I agree with the post above about expanding the Bard's College into an full guild, and allowing your character to play musical instruments.

These are the things I predict have a chance of showing up in 1.7:

* Footprints in the snow (This! I would love tracking down enemies... and i think if your sneaking and have a high sneak you shouldn't make footprints)
* Any update to physics/visuals in the gamejam (Definatly! I would love physics upgrades to clothes, cloaks, capes, etc.)
* Dark dungeons (I think this should be made a toggel option in settings under either gameplay, or visuals. On All Consoles. I for one would love it, but some may not)
* Seasonal change (If this was simple enough to make, i would die if this was put in. Thats just pure awesome... some areas would always be snowy, but to see whiterun covered in snow would be awesome)
* Follower system updates (Yes, yes, yes! I love followers but they seem so... plain, and i would love to set preferences for them. Like if i got a follower, i would like to train him to be an archer and then set him to be an archer unless the enemy is litterally ontop of him. That way he will normally be shooting a bow, giving me support.)
* (there are probably some things I forgot as well)
