running around on expert with an exsquisit iron warhammer(custom enchanted, but no charge left)

You DO know you can recharge it, right?

Once I got the perk that slows down time when you draw the bow. Not sure why, but it felt like I could fire them more quickly, and my aiming drastically increased.
