I was only a level 12 and through alot of trial and error I succeeded in killing that mofo
Just don't do what I did and go in after doing a mission, I was so low on Stimpacks that I practically used up my entire food and drink, gained several addictions due to chems and was severely wounded and must've died at least dozens of time, also going in with Lily is your best bet for a companion and maybe rex too

I have companions wait nearby and I go after the deathclaws alone so they don't die, which they always seem to do if I bring them along for the fight.
