you can get repair bags, doctor bags, and super stimpack in game also the weapons just slightly different same with the armor.

Yeah. I'd say the best place to pre-order is "the one nearest my house / place of work".

This. I don't mind ordering online and waiting on the post for some games, but this is one I wanted guaranteed for release day. And IMO the only way of doing that is in-store pre-order, no I don't count Steam as I want an actual box and a disc(and CE goodies). So I'll end up with the Mercenary Pack from Gamestation.
