Who is in charge around here?

One of the mods is quite frankly pissing me the [censored] off. I would like to talk to someone above them. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I can't wait for Summer to exile you.

Also, Middas Sun's Dusk 9th means less than 2 days!

If you want to talk to someone above them then shout from the top of a mountain. I guarantee nobody will hear you either way. And even less people will care.

Contact Gstaff if you have a problem but if it's petty, don't he's got a lot of work probably.

I mean, is it a REAL problem? or is it a "they locked my topic" complaint... Gotta be honest- that's not worth spit.

BTW, in grown up world- if you have a problem w/ someone, you talk to THEM about it and not needlessly blow things up and complain to people who have no place in the issue.

All I want to do is have a thread talking about the PS3 version. I made one and a mod popped in and said it was fine unless we got off topic. That thread made it the post limit so it was locked. So I made another one continuing off of that one and this certain mod (won't name, names) locked it immediately. I send the mod a message and their reasoning for locking it was pathetic. They told me to wait until the game actually came out to talk about it. Um, no I come to forums to talk about games BEFORE they are out. I don't come to forums after I have the game. I want to talk about the version I'm getting. Then someone else made a PS3 topic, and a couple of mods said it wasn't a problem and it lasted a couple pages, until this certain mod came in and locked it again for no reason. No one is trolling, we just want to talk about the PS3 version... Is that so bad?

I did. I sent them 3 messages, and they only replied twice. And they didn't even give me a valid reasoning. They're just a little power happy.

Go to the spoilers section to talk about it then.

And haven't we talked about the PS3 version enough? I mean, what else is there to say that doesn't involve someone playing it before the release date?

From the rules:

9. Posting about moderator or administrator action or inaction is also against the rules of this forum.

Please feel free however to contact the moderator involved, another moderator you feel comfortable with, our community manager Gstaff or another admin if you disagree with a moderator action. Our moderators do not mind taking a second look or discussing an action with the other moderators and admin to assure they have acted fairly. So if you think you've been treated wrongly or that unfairly, be sure to send a PM. Sometimes moderators make mistakes.

If there were people actively taking part in the thread, then its not for me or you to decide if its worth discussion.

Well when I was talking to this mod they stopped replying to me. And I didn't call them out, and use their name, so I don't think it's a huge deal. All I want to know is who I can talk to about it that is higher up then them.

Company forums are not a democracy for upholding the freedom of speech, as soon as you get that idea into your head then you can go about posting peacefully.

It is for the mods to decide whether it should be discussed. There are rules in the forums, and they enforce them. EVERYONE must conform to the rules.

The game is "technically" not supposed to be out yet. It is supposed to be out on 11/11/11, but for some reason you console gamers got it early. So they have grounds to remove the discussion based on rules.
Also, in this forum you are not supposed to talk about spoilers.
