It's Todd Howards char's wife. He removed her from the game due to jealousy issues. He doesnt like the thought of a fat 12 year old having his baby girl as a wife also.

Come on Todd, theres Immersion, and theres IMMERSION. One of them is considered a mental illness.

It's going to be a quest, a barbershop is opened in riverwood by some thalmor dudes and when you go in there they shave ya bald. Then it's going to be a personal revenge quest to get your hair back ! At the end you can have the barbershop and hire workers there xD

Strangly I would buy and enjoy that.

Speaking Of Which....I Was In The Tavern The Other Day (Somewhere Near Riften) And I Came Across A Bard..She Sung "The Dragonborn Comes" And I Loved Her Voice...THAN She Sang "The Age Of Aggression"; Her Voice Went From Melodic To Orc In A Second...So I Crouched Behind Her (Thank God I Had Perks And 95 Sneak Or I'd Have About 6 People After Me..) The Last Words She Sang Before I Slit Her Pretty Throat Was "The Age Of Aggression Is Just About Aggghghhhhh" Luckily Sneak Is Vastly More "Useful" In Skyrim Because Out Of The Three People Watching One Yelled Murder But Didnt See "Who" Did It.. I Still Wonder If SHe Even Tried To Sing That Song...She Was Nord And Hence "A True Poet Of Battle" Or Something Some Guy Said At A Location I ShallNot Disclose...Also.. On Another Note...Watch Out For The Imfamous "Ninininininini" I Miss My Precious Nini... :brokencomputer:

That's an old PR shot. She isn't a character of importance, so it doesn't make sense that she'd make it into the final release. Honestly, to me, she looks much like any other standard tavern wench.
