Who is this beautiful girl?

This is like one of the first Skyrim screenshots released and I still haven't found this beauty.

Why is she much prettier than any other girl in Skyrim?

She was the first person I wanted to marry when I heard there was marriage.

Why can't I marry her?

What tavern is that?

Seems kinda dumb that they would show us this girl then take her out of the game.

It looks like they added her in some kind of demo version or something.

Why didn't they keep her in the full game?

It's going to be a quest, a barbershop is opened in riverwood by some thalmor dudes and when you go in there they shave ya bald. Then it's going to be a personal revenge quest to get your hair back ! At the end you can have the barbershop and hire workers there xD

She's cute, alright, but then you get a quest where you're tasked with murdering her ex-lover and you realize that maaaaybe she's not exactly the most stable woman to get involved with.
