OT: Nearly every time my DB follower engages in combat, she yells "and you thought I was just a pretty face!" even if the enemy is a bear, troll, spriggan, etc.

Some of the most amusing moments I've experienced in Skyrim have been when bandits have said this at the very instant my character is beheading them.

I was doing the Wolf Queen Awakened quest, and shortly after a Vampire Mistwalker killed me she said: "What do you need, handsome?"
Reload, and I go into a power attack dual impale kill animation and she says "Is that the best you can do?" as Dawnbreaker sets her on fire and causes her to explode.

Enemies have been doing the where are you bit since at least Morrowind. Havent played the earlier games, so cant say about those.

Yeah I guess I can imagine that. It always works on crime shows. Even on Cop, I am amazed by how many people accidentally incriminate themselves. Another possible solution is its like the Skyrim version of an inadvertant "You too". The bandit is just phising for a reply...
