You find a group of NCR Veteran Rangers with the names and weapons of http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a146/dmari917/Other/1987_predator_001.jpg, along with a passing physical similarity.
They are battling a cloaked, boss-level, blade-wielding Nightkin and spouting off a variety of quotes from the movie.

You stumble across a shootout in Freeside between a blond-haired man in a NCR MP outfit named "T-1000" sporting incredibly high health and DT, and a woman named Sarah and a leather-wearing, minigun-wielding man called
"T-850" as a child called John cowers behind them.

Take an area.

That's known to be a bit glitchy, but not game ruining.

Make it glitch ridden, error filled area, with terrain gaps, almost as if there world at that spot was falling apart.

What walls are there should have graffiti which says "YOU MUST GO DEEPER."

And you keep going until you find a terminal that turns the area back to normal, and your character wakes up in a cot in that area.

Sometimes just interesting vignettes or scenarios where you can figure out what happened all those years ago.

A great example of this, is up in Jacobstown in one of the cabins...

There's a table, there's one skeleton on the floor and the chair is was obviously sitting in is tipped over,
as if the person (currently a skeleton) was sitting in it, and tipped over backwards.

There must have been a pokers game going on, because on the table, where the dead skeleton would have been sitting
is a poker hand laid out, and it's 5 Kings of Diamonds, on the other side of the table IIRC is a box of ammo, and a crappy poker hand
laid out.

So obviously, the skeleton on the floor was shot for cheating.

I like finding stuff like that.

Maybe..

perhaps on a long straight road in the distance you see what looks like a shiny sliver car ,before you can get too close it drives off going 88 miles an hour and vanishes in a bright light leaving only a flame trail.
