hh will there be vaults and do you think it looks a bit empt

I hope there are absolutely no Vaults. A place like a national park just doesn't make sense to make a vault in, especially when it isn't close at all to any population center. I wouldn't be surprised if Vault 70 is one of the only ones in Utah anyway, it isn't exactly the most populated place.

i know that house destroyed the ones in navarda so thats why there is less rads around and more plant life and rad free water but i dont think they would target a park with a nuke what would be the point so there should be less rads in the park as well and more green stuff ands nothing stops radiation better than canyon wall so there sould be more green stuff there if anywere

That isn't the reason, other areas in Fallout have plenty of vegetation and clean water. I think we can assume that the East was focused on more bomb-wise because of the high population. LA for example was also hit very devastatingly by the bombs because it had a lot of people.

Also, there are trees in the canyon and it looks like appropriate vegetation, radiation is not the single deciding factor on whether stuff will grow.

the place dont need to be populated because the vault are not there to save lives they would build a goverment bunker there to shelter it from the fallout of war beause it would be hidden away the people who live in it would have advance warning and get there or they didnt and the army that was there are the tribs and as for plant life in other places i think the gecks might have somthing to do with that

There's also speculation that that downed plane in the trailer is a US Military jet where Graham may have gotten his cache from.

Errr, no. IIRC, Utah is pretty lively Mormon territory (In real life)

They likely survived the bombs and thrived, using their religious affiliations to found their community.

The problem is as I said in my last post its to far from population centers. I'm well aware that vaults were for bad experiment. Since its so far away from a city people wouldn't have time to get to the vault before the bombs fell.

I know. I said that there were forests.

And lead stops radiation better than a canyon wall. (and fallout travels through the air, it would just drift over the canyon.)

I wish, but the vaults are numbered based on location, like the vaults in New Vegas which only go from the teens to the early 20's. If we wanted to play Vault 70, then we would need a DLC that takes us to Virginia. :P

A Vault might make a little sense if you consider that (maybe) national parks wouldn't be considered vital targets, and thus a nice place to build a hidden bunker. Assuming one could keep it hidden, obviously. Otherwise it'd be a target. hahaha. But as always, I know little about FO lore so...

This.

Yeah, your right, but Obsidian has always the 'power' to retcon the vault number. And i think there is some more room then just "jumpsuit extruders failed completly". Maybe sth. like "jumpsuit extruders create jumpsuits soaked with pheromones" that would give the entire socials project a deeper purpose such as a "haha naked mormons".. ;)
