Will you be able to craft arrows?

I dont know,I hope so :) I wish we could enchant bolts and arrows too D:

Maybe so; if you could craft them, why not be able to enchant them?

Since the arrow being shot by the dragonbone bow during dawnguard's trailer looks made of bone...i would say yes.
