So i wiped out a town...will people come back?

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 5:27 am

So this is why they changed the 'you can wipe out whole towns in skyrim, Took us alot of work to do, But we did it'

Then the game comes out and theres at least 10 ess npcs in each town...

I remember being scared of mills when I first played Skyrim because I thought I would make them collapse. I was hoping that would happen...

Now that isn't reasonable. You are hating. Until you said actions.

there is nothing mroe annoying in any TES game than immortal NPCs, i would gladly accept having an annoying fan chained to me at all times that would always come back if he is killed instead of having a single immortal NPC

In Morrowind I not only murdered people for their armor I went the extra mile and slaughtered them for their houses. In Morrowind with one lower hungry character I roleplayed I had so many houses I cannot remember the exact number but it was a lot, I had a mansion or two in Ald Skaar. I also killed one of the Telvanni wizard lords just so I could have two wizard towers.

yeah everytime i got off the boat, I would go into the office with Ergala and grab the limeware stuff, drop it before the guard talked to me, then pick it back up. I would take everything that wasnt bolted down. Then I would go over to where those 3 little houses were, murder the owners, steal everything inside the houses, and sell all of it. It was just the way I started every single character. I still do that whenever I go back to playing it. Its a little headstart. Now in Skyrim, I don't steal anything or commit any crimes... when i get my xbox fixed I'm gonna make a slimy scum criminal character just to get that back.

I ALWAYS save before going on a murderous rampage on a character. Kinda RP it as a dream. When I see Nazeem, for example, I quicksave, chop his head off, kill everyone else and reload. :bunny:

Nazeem opened his mouth once too often in my game. He won't be bothering me anymore. Just for good measure, I dragged his corpse to the cloud district and tossed his ass in the moat.

- I gladly surrendered and paid my bounty. Best 1000 gold I ever spent.

What I did to get a head start in that game was rob the place you giraffe dock at in Seyda Neen I would take everything in that place, that is how I always started that game because it was difficult to get money when the game first began.

I try to keep my NPC's alive, for the sake of not turning Skyrim into a ghost town. Makes things seem more lively, after all, I'm the only REAL person in Skyrim. I once had a Dragon attack Riften the second I walked through the gates. Much to my horror, shopkeepers and other kill-able NPC's started rushing the damn thing. I had to kill it fast. I was on it like a duck on a junebug......... :toughninja:

Some NPCs respawned in Oblivion after you killed for example a Khajiit in the imperial city always came back with a different name.

So I read a lot of the replies and there is some serious "omg save next time you r#tard" (not in those exact words) - its been established that they wont come back, it just means I run a whole town and any one who comes near gets f%cked over. I am not sad that the town was killed or that the people wont come back - I am happy. As for the stolen good, I will look into speech craft perks.

Other notes:

Upon slaughtering every one in town it only cost me 1000g to pay my "fine"

Some one asked, what about the nightmare quest requires you to kill people? - nothing, I just wanted too , a mage with dark and unforgiving powers, I am RPing  since there's nothing in that town that deals with the main quest - I am fine, and even if there was meh. I never beat oblivion hahahaha

Its not about oh no I killed the town help me get people back I have to sell stuff, f%ck that - they deserved to die, the women minors ((.))((.))'s were like oddly shaped and HUGE...they looked like lopsided blocks on there chest. So I did them a favour  and discovered mining

Skyrim isn't about rules and stories its a sandbox of fun

Now I wont slaughter every town but I do have my eye set on another town to slaughter later on. - I dont need to save, slaughter and go back because where's the fun in that? if you robbed a bank can you say, I aint going to jail, I am just going to reload? life dont work like that. (well it does if you believe in re-incarnation and you commit suicide......Oo)

Aside from all that I managed to buy a house in white run, be proud and styled it up (question: I told the guy I wanted the alchemy lab, I never got it....wtf!), How ever Lydia is making me mad, she's always in my room and wont let me close my bed room door - this b%tch may die (thoughts on consequences if I kill her aside from not having a follower - not like I use her any ways).

So from slaughtering a town I made 25k

Spent most of it and learned how to enchant >_>

LOVES IT. oh and I'm only level 14.
