I wouldn't know for sure if he personally owns one but I bet they have lots of weapons in their studio they use for games with motion capturing and animations. I know I remember Todd holding a sword during a meeting in the Making of Oblivion DVD.
I own several swords, (my dad is an antiques dealer) so I have the opurtunity to get some original katana's etc. Bty thats a fine blade in the pic. :toughninja:
bowie knife, 44 Magnum, machete with the Anarchy A in a circle painted on it and a ACR are the only weapons i have =( I'm going to get a custom sword based on my favorite weapon in Skyrim done by a real blacksmith!
I have http://www.teraasekeskus.com/images/extra/BokerMagnumNinjaDamast3.jpg. I plan to add Katana or Kodachi to my collection when my budget affords that.
I own a Windlass Oakeshott Type XII (with an octagonal pommel) and a Cas Iberia Oakeshott Type X (although it's not quite historically accurate as the ricasso extends about half an inch beyond the guard).
Theyre both fairly budget but they are very solid, battle ready and are quite well balanced. After some tinkering and custom hemp grip wrapping that is

I don't think he's THAT wealthy, at least the way you make him seem. As for owning a sword or any other type of weapon, they're not exactly that expensive. People spend more money on less.
I have some crappy display models. Then I have one I bought at the Ren Fair last year, well it's not a sword really but a dagger. The swords are too expensive. The dagger is battle ready though, it's pretty nice. More or less for display though then any practical use.
