Hasn't happed to mine. But that may be due to the fact that the disk has not seen the case since I started playing.
Same xD but yes, alot of games seem to have this problem, i had the same problem with my Oblivion disks for both PC and PS3... I just losely put them in the box or put them somewhere else/in a plastic sheet.
RDR, Oblivion and my 1st copy of skyrim did this, I bought a sleve to put it in, my new disc hasn't seen the inside of the case since the day I bought it. I had put the insurance that the seller offered on the disk....best $6 I've ever spent. Cost me another $6 for the insurance on the new disc that's it
Download it to your hard drive and it'll be fine, the game runs for like a minute or two to verify you actually own it, then it stops spinning and plays from the download.
