I've always thought that a real-world fantasy themed resturaunt with dishes from various popular franchises worlds would do well. Take your red-robin style "60ies" diner, with its mix of legendary rock, cars and american culture and replace it with sci-fi, movie and gaming references. Replace "route 66 burger" with "grilled horker", etc.
