Replace the beginning with one that makes more sense.

The nearby (undiscovered) location and enemy markers from the Compass. Actually they should be toggleable for console players too. I'm pretty sure that the game would be better for most players without them so they should be off by default.

I would like to remove the dragon plot overall. I would much rather like a normal story with no shouts whatsoever than a plot with dragons that kind of forces you to do it. The whole main quest was rubbish anyway, what the hell was up with that ending? No rewards whatsoever.

Return the series back to it's RPG roots and scap this failed copycating / experimentation called the perk system.

Re-implement the old stat system that was present in Morrowind and Oblivion... please and thank you.

I'd consider removing most things that are forced upon the player such as forced 3rd person cameras for horseriding, werewolf transformation, craftting, etc. But that's just nitpicking. People's time would be better spent discussing what to add or modify than what to remove. It's a rather negative attitude toward design and is essentially streamlining which I thought was taboo around these parts.

What i realy hate about Skyrim, and i know it's the gameplay and can't be chanced, is that i somethimes running around a mountain for ages to find a way to get up there.
And everytime i think i found a path that leads up i only find out it;s to steep to continue...and i have to get back down and continue searching..

if you follow the roads you will always find the right path, trying to climb up mountains is a waste of time usually

dark brotherhood

I would be one who said killcams but I was lucky enough to download nokillmoves before the author blocked it on nexus.....not sure who the author of the mod is but maybe a plea to him or her to bring it back....I haven't had to watch myself ride a dragon since I installed it...

Random dragons. I think dragons should each have a defined area, and once they're dead, they're dead.

I actually take these opportunities to RP truly as Khajiit (as all cats are great climbers.) Through the use of tcl, I carefull (and slowly, mind) scale the rock surface. If I am attacked, I will immdiately switch it back on and act prone ie:try and evade the enemy.

in your case its fine, not if you are trying to reach a place up in the mountain from the wrong side

The streamlining.

Agreed. However, to remove the streamlining you would have to pretty much scrap the game and start over.

People talking to you when you pass anywhere near them.

I vote for that one. It breaks the immersion. If I go outside and walk a crowded street the vast majority of peoples won't greet me, they will just ignore me. And if I get greeted, that won't be by "I used to be a buisnessman like you, then I took an arrow in the knee"

Lousy hotkeys, I think. A hotkey primarily controls your right hand. To equip a certain spell in your left hand, you have to double-press the hotkey to equip it in both and then press another hotkey to equip a different spell in the right.

Oh, and forced right-handedness when using a shield. Why no shield in my right hand? svcks big time.
