Do you excersise?

Yes, I work out on a regular basis. Went really hard throughout summer, but now that uni has started, I have to tone things down considerably. I do the http://www.menshealth.com/spartacus/workouts/ 3 times a week, and have a protein shake afterwords. Will move on to Spartacus Workout 2.0 after next summer.

I used to hit the gym 3 times a week for an hour to do weights and hit the pool 3 times a week for lap swimming, but then I got bored of that and a friend enlightened me to the fact that muscles don't mean a huge amount unless you know how to use them, so I switched to doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 4 times a week and weightlifting 2 times a week. I feel guilty for stopping the swimming since it's so useful, but I have very very little body fat (young male w/ fast natural metabolism) so no matter what time of the year it was, I always had to freeze my butt off getting into the pool (and quite frankly, I'm a sissy for that). Hopefully going to start kickboxing on top of the Jitsu in a little bit (read: as soon as I stop cracking various important joints while grappling).

I like to work out a lot. I made a full workout plan that uses a set of dumbbells and body weight. it goes; bicep curls, pushups, tricep extensions, chest flys, shoulder presses, and crunches. I also cycle. I have a 23 mile ride that I do to a park and back. I used to run, but when I got into biking I thought it was kind of pointless. Biking is a lot easier and it makes your legs look better than running ever could.

I bench, do leg presses, pull-down bar, and other various weight exercises, as well as taking a weight-training class at school.

My left arm gets plenty of exercise. Giggity.

On a less suggestive but no less true note, I occasionally do jumping jacks, run in place, situps, pushups, and stretching. Very basic stuff.

I mostly do cardio, I can't work out without getting bored, even with motivation or music... and I really love music. :sadvaultboy:

My fave things to do is just to stick a movie on and work out throughout it. Thats my method to not be bored.

Get in shape people!

I walk to the bus stop, then another, then to the work building and then when going home I run to each bus stop.
I walk my dog every two days sometimes theres two days in a row, I also talk him out running in the fields and play hide and seek with him.
(My brother and I take turns with the dog incase anyone thinks theres neglect going on plus my dog can climb trees, I never knew this)
Now and then I go swimming and do weights in my room but I'm more for putting weight on right now than I am losing it through exercise
