if you had a month to live

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 1:52 pm

I would spend the month becoming the best Skyrim player who ever lived.

I would do everything I could before becoming bedridden, and then I would enjoy my last days with family, friends, beautiful nurses and Skyrim.
On another note, a rather morbid OP, but hey still got 6 days to wait, may as well consider ones mortality.

Yes. If I knew I was about to die I might as well spend that time doing stuff I enjoy, and I've been waiting for this game for ages. That doesn't mean I wouldn't spend time with my family as well though :P

As somebody who has thought I was going to be leaving this earth sooner rather than later I would definitely say no. It is fun and I can't wait to play but I would definitely be spending as much time with family and friends as possible.

Yes, I'd play Skyrim. Not the whole month, but besides the obligatory time spent with loved ones there's not much else to do that I've been looking forward to for years.

Probably not. I'd be making my final arrangements.

if you had a month to live would you play skyrim for a little while when it came out?

Well, let's see. I adore my husband but still couldn't be around him (or anyone) 24/7 for a month without needing a break, I'm not rich enough to travel around the world & see all the sights I'd want to in 30 days, I don't play sports or go to dance clubs/social events, I'm not close to any family/don't like protracted goodbyes, and at 3am there's nothing but infomercials on TV.

So yes, yes I would. Not for hours a day or anything, but I'd at least check it out a bit. :)

Impossible to answer because you can't put yourself in to the same state of mind as someone who is about to die...

this.

I'm going to say no.

But none of us can really say for sure unless we're in that position. I'm sure it's one of those things you can't possibly comprehend unless you're in it.

If I was bedridden, you know with cancer or something awful, absolutely, it would be the perfect thing to do.

If not I would definitely find much bigger things to do like blow all my savings on a month long trip to Bora Bora.

What better way to forget you're dying than to immerse yourself in Skyrim?

Not sure a party with someone on death's door would be that much fun, not sure I want to spend a month comforting my family as they weep on my knee, and I've seen enough of the countryside, have no children, and little money.

Skyrim, yes please.

I think I can safely say 'no'. I would want to soak up every last second I could with my wife and son before I go.

What if you lost someone became a reclusive (housebound) and your only passions in life is escaping to another realm i.e:Skyrim and watching fantasy movies?. Would it be such a waste a time if thats all you lived for?
