I never buy just to brag about having the latest thing, that's a surefire way of getting yourself in the red very quickly. I buy technology that I know I will use a lot.

I would if I had the money. Computer wise I would be buying the latest and greatest hardware for it.

Nope, I find most of the technology being released these days is just unnecessary, Apple being the worst in my books, their "tech" is just the same thing rehased over and over again with a bigger screen and thinner design.
All I need are the things I have a phone, tv, computer, games console. All of which I could live without because they are not a necessity for human life.
Out of all my friends I'm probably the 2nd to last before to come into contact with or hear of new technology

Yeah I keep up with technology. Though I am still using the original Motorola Droid it suits me fine. Overclocked the CPU in it from 550Mhz (stock when I bought it, to 1100Mhz)

I always carry a laptop with me, plus several feet of Ethernet cable....well about 30ft. (Straight-Through and Crossover, dont really need a Rollover on a day to day basis)

Also I would never go back to Apple products. I used an Ipod for about a year and now that I have my Droid, I couldnt go back.
