Speech- I have low intelligence but still passed school with good grades,
Unarmed- I make a lot of money through bare-knuckle fighting ... And im in pretty amazing shape.

S 4 - I'm of average build, but I'm not super sporty
P 4 - I notice more things than average, but I have vision issues
E 10 - I have survived things (including electrocution, drowning, and cancer) that would have literally killed most other people. Also, I can hike practically indefiintely.
C 3 - Average looking, but can be pretty anti-social
I 8 - I finished a M.A. in record time for my department, and I was only working on it "part time". Still, I can make some pretty dumb decisions sometimes.
A 6 - I have pretty good reflexes, and am a decent shot considering how poor my vision is.
L 9 - I have been damn lucky in this life. Even during rough patches, things tend to work out for the best.

Cant really see surviving in that sort of environment. It looks brilliant, and I'd love to try. But I'm guessing IRL running around the desert with little water and an excessive amount of gear, ammo and weapons, would be perhaps more taxing that it appears in a game.

I'd go to Novac, move in next door to No Bark, smoke pot, and listen to his stories while we played cribbage.

I don't think I'd survive very long in such a world, not without surrounding myself with a lot of big, beefy goons and lots of weaponry. I might be able to survive solo in a harsh environment for a while via danger avoidance, but overall I'd be pretty easy prey. :sadvaultboy:

And yeah uhm, 10 is Einstein in INT.
10 in AGI means you are like a kickass gymnast or parkour.
10 in STR means you're like a bigass bodybuilder.

So I think people are exaggerating their scores as well.

Well, I'm going by the 40 points you get at the start of the game.

That doesn't mean I'm pumping stats up either as the stats I posted are decently accurate in relation to each other for me.

Yeah, same here. And even at that I only used 37 points.
I'm also going by the games concepts...that is, where 5 may be "average" but you need 6 or 7 to pass almost any check...even tho some of those checks shouldn't require "high" stats, imo. Some of the INT checks aren't very intelligent, if you get my meaning. :yawn:
