I rarely put last names on my characters, it makes them more ominous that way. My favorite for males are Hank, Wade (my name), and Justice. And the only female name I use is Sarah.

No Imaginary money yet, but for my other 2 characters;

Domino - female assassin/hired merc. She specializes in dealing death in a very efficient manor. Not just a sniper (in fact she only does that if she has to), uses Vance's 9mm smg for up close and brutal work, and silenced 10mm or poisoned throwing knives (along with Chance) for quieter jobs. She gets by with high agi, high Int and very high Luck (like the comic character she is based on). Miss Fortune also represents this luck factor.

And I'm trying a native american themed character. Basically an individual who respects the land and indigenous wild life, lives outside of major civilizations, is good at recycling animal parts into food and medecines, and has a favorite rifle, which he's named and thinks of as an extension of him. To change would be like separating a family member. He basically fights against aberration - which is mostly the Legion, and any other obviously nasty individuals.
His name is Loud Tree.

Hunter S. Thompson. Because he is Feared and Loathed in Las Vagas. ( And he takes a lot of drugs.)

Current character is named “Brick” , named after the building material made from clay and high temperature ovens.

This makes Doc’s line about “not something I would have named you” that much more amusing, as the character is female.

Well, I'm now doing a BoE (Book of Eli) character, And i still hav'nt beaten the game..

BUT my guys name is Eli, And the first preset for African Americans in this game looks already looks like Denzel Washington..

Edit: Huh, i just noticed i have never used a last name for any of my fallout characters. That'll be something for me to do when i create an unarmed character siding with the legion.

I've used that line in a job interview once.

I play many ways and have characters for those different ways.

When i wanna run around and act like a fool with less sense than a sack of rocks has i play Bubba Hotep (cause it was a ridiculous movie).

When i play normal male i play Bob Magillicutty...a slow in tha head nice guy who shoots things pretty ok sorta.

When i turn on that mod that makes tha sky all fire and end of tha world and add the mod that makes zombies and ghould runnning amuk all over i play Dr. Raygun...only uses energy weapons that resemble flash gordon crazyness like tha alien blaster or tha other guns that sorta look like that. He doenst activly bother with any people or factions unless they get in tha way and then they just die....this world and its inhabitants are no consern of his.

When i play normal female its Rose, Alice Redd, or Cassandra Gunn. (generic cool chicks with guns type characters)

When i play evil (sorta) male its Rolly Walker...a grumpy old blues guy thats sorta like a skinny Red Fox.

When i drop in tha play as a kid mod i play as Adventure Kid!!!! he is sorta based on tha goofy kids that are so excited about whatever product is being sold in tha ad from 50's or so TV. He likes melee weapons and wishes he could use a roman helmet to headbut people. He often tells lies about punching deathclaws to tha moon.

When i use mods with creature costumes i play a super bat$4!+ walking and talking radroach named Marvilous 13. He just likes to kill humans and loves veags cause he can kill people in motels and hotels and yell "Now whos dieing inna motel!?!?!?!"

When i wanna talk and be lucky and sneak more than shoot stuff i play Tom Shifty. Old fasion sneak n' creep kinda fellow.

When i play evil female its Sally Hellbender....mean snotty and stuck up and super violent and loves huge weapons like flamethrowers, miniguns, grenade launchers, missals, mines, ect ect. SHe also takes quite a delight in killing different factions while wearing thier factional clothes & armor.

anyway thats just a few...most are based on my personal copywritten characters from my personal writtings that have nothing ta do with fallout games.

my guy's name is simply "James". i think its more intense when the character just has a first name. kinda like bible characters such as Jesus, Moses, Judas, Solomon. the most popular men in history only have first names.. so i think it would be sweet to start this new era with a name that somebody will remember me by.

If it's a female character, for some reason, whatever ironic name I pick that I think sounds very original, I usually find out later there is a tranny performer somewhere with the same name :bonk:

I use Oliver for my male character who is a charming British diplomat. and then theres Sierra the DGAF about anyone besides her self, trigger happy, package delivery girl.
