I have most recent consoles except for the PS3. PC is my fave by far, though.

About equally on 360 and PC.

PC mainly for RTS, TBS and some FPS, 360 for everything else (mainly games like GTA, Red Dead Redemption, etc.)

There are some types of game I prefer on PC, and some I just want to grab a controller, sit back, and play on a big screen.

Same here, some games I just want to play on PS3 more than PC. Of course since both are hooked up to my TV instead of deciding if I want to play on a big screen or not I have to decide whether or not I want to sit 10ft or 10inches from the screen :P

Playing some games can get quite disorienting at just a foot away from a 40in TV.

I have several PCs, including a second gaming PC in my living room connected to my entertainment center. Most games work really nicely with wireless 360 controllers and a USB wireless receiver.

I've thought about doing that, but right now my PC game library is a little slim and I'd rather fork over $50 on a game than a 360 controller. I'll get to it eventually though.

If you don't care about wireless, a wired 360 controller is only $30. I actually prefer wired since I don't have to swap out batteries all the time and the cord is more than long enough for my purposes. Plus it works fine with my PC without any kind of adapter. I just plug it into my USB port and it's good to go.

I've thought about that too, most likely I'll end buying one in the near future, but for right now any spare money I have is going into getting new games to fill the 830GB void on my HDD :P

You can use your PlayStation 3 controller on PC via USB using http://www.motioninjoy.com/. There's even an Xbox 360 emulation mode so that compatible games detect it and use the 360 controller's default button mapping.

I'm about half and half on my PC and PS3. PC is for moddable games and RTSes, PS3 for exclusives and multiplayer like in LBP.

I used to use that until I got http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F6BGXY. Now I can use all my old PS1 controllers with their actual functioning d-pad.

360.

I had a PS3 once. I bought it on release day for $647.89 and paid $149 to have it repaired when it got the YLOD two years later. On top of that, I spent probable $1,000 on games throughout that two year period, and another $49.00 on a larger hard drive.

After I got the YLOD repaired, I sold my PS3 and bought a 360, and I couldn't be happier.

Also, I play BF1942 and all it's expansions, as well as Morrowind and Fable: TLC on my laptop. Not that often, though.

PC (i5 2500k, 4GB ram, GTX 570, 2x 1TB HD) and 360. I play mostly on 360

PC is obviously better. Your in denial if you think otherwise.

How the hell did you spend $1000 on PS3 games when there was barely anything released until 2008?

Depends what I'm doing. Most games I get for Ps3, especially if I'm going to be playing online. But if the PC version of a game has an advantage beyond better graphics, I'll usually get the game for PC. And RPGs always go on PC; no exceptions.

PS3. I just grew up with PlayStation. Lots of my friends have PS3 too. So it'll be great to fire up the console to play Skyrim on it. I'll buy a gaming PC when I can.

I'm sure most of the members on these forums are PC gamers, but I voted anyway.

I own both an xbox 360 and a PS3, but the PS3 was for me, a big waste of money.

God of War and Little Big Planet, only two games I liked, while the 360 has tons of games I enjoy. The playstation was the first console i bought myself, it's sad to see Sony lose

I don't get this... who really cares what brand your console is? I grew up with Playstation and still got an Xbox 360, because I liked the games better at the time.

I usually play on the PS3 (free internet, better processing power), but ever since my disc drive burnt out, I've been going back and forth between CIV:5 and TF2 on the PC, and Morrowind on the old Xbox

I have a PS3, Wii, and a decent to good PC. I play the PC the most, because it has a greater variety of games, but my favorite games tend to be console games like Demon's Souls'. Take from that what you will.
