Just want to know the majority

Well, I play on the xbox360 primarily, the PC secondary, and I prefer the PS3 to the 360 based off of those little differences I noticed when I played over my friend's house. The pc is superior to any console. Ever. A console is a computer designed to play games designed for that console, and is only superior financially when it is initially released. After 5 years, it is much cheaper to build your own tower with the same/better software that is used for said consoles. I suppose one would prefer a console because it requires little to no maintenance because everything should be working properly and requires little to no preparation when playing a new game.

I play my PC mostly but I start up the 360 every now and then. PC is vastly superior to consoles for me. :user:

Here's what's gonna happen- And only because of the second poll- This thread will become a console war, in which a moderator will not tolerate- therefore- this thread will be locked.

360 for me, although I can play less demanding games like Terraria and Amnesia on my lappy.

I've actually not touched my 360 since April maybe.

I don't really want to vote on the second half of the poll, but my current primary platform is my PS3 with a bit of gaming on a laptop, on the side.

Play on Xbox primarily. PC is the best.

I play a little bit of everything, excluding the original Xbox. Lately though I've probably spent the most time on the DS. As for the second question, I prefer the PlayStaion 3. There just aren't many games coming to Xbox 360 or PC that I care for anymore.

My prediction for this thread's poll winner.........PC. Back on topic. My original gameboy. OLD school FTW baby. Tetris is all i play now. 2nd is my gamecube.

My main system is a PC. Though I do own several consoles, ranging from the 8-bit era, to the 360/Wii/PS3.

As for which one is better, that is, of course, subjective. In terms of freedom and technical capabilities, it's obviously PC.

I voted PS3 for both, but I'm about to build my first ever gaming PC so my opinion on this might change very soon.

I play PS3. A good PC is better though, but I can't afford one.

I haven't touched mine since the earthquake last September. In fact, I'm not entirely sure it still works.

NES, Gamecube, Playstation, PS2, PS3, PC. Lately PS2 and PC.

PS2 is best, it's games don't crash, it doesn't download updates for half a day, has no DRM, logging in, user accounts and what not, makes little noise and still looks pretty good with a component cable and HDTV :hehe:

Though I do have 2 Xbox 360s. They dont get used very often. I just use them for media clients mainly.

For the second question, I voted PS3 because that is the next-gen (okay, current-gen) console I'm going to get. I chose it over PC because I've been frustrated and disappointed with PC gaming lately. by which I mean I've been unhappy that the multiplatform games for the PC have some pretty bad bugs, or constantly require beefier hardware, or don't support my gamepad, or require DRM I don't like (such as Steamworks)....

I prefer My 360 although I do own both a PC and PS3.

I have a PC that I use for most of my gaming, A PS2 that's for a few other games (my Megaman X, Mortal Kombat, and the Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance games), and my old Game Boy Advance, which still works amazingly enough, for my other games (Donkey Kong Country, Megaman Zero series, Legend of Zelda games)

I have not used my xbox 360 since january...

PC. Haven't touched any of my consoles since buying it two years ago.

My main platform for modern games would undoubtedly be PC.

In the second question, I also still side with the PC.

It's nothing against the other two as consoles, it's just that the games run better, control better (as I can use any control method I want), and have more options on the PC. Back in "the day" consoles had the exclusives to win my heart, but these days the majority (although not everything - and I'd say the Wii has more exclusives than the other two) of "big" games are multiplatform and unless there's no PC port or it's ported terrible there's no reason to get a console version of a game over a PC version if your PC runs it.

I own NES, Master System, Genesis/CD/32x, SNES, 3DO, PS1, Saturn, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, PSP, Gameboy Advanced, Gameboy Color, Gameboy, Game Gear, Nomad, and a gaming PC.
