Your main source of Septims?

Mine is pickpocketing everyone for their gear/loot. I usually make 3k+ each hold.

Mannequins. Ebony mail, master robes of destruction, and some random valuable boots and gauntlets. easy 6-10k a load.

Non-exploits? Probably bandit camps/forts. Though dwarven ruins do have many chests; they're just hard to distinguish sometimes. I usually pull off a good 1000-2000k load each run. 3000k if I'm lucky.

I won't disclose how I make my gold, but I make about 25,000 gold per major hold.

Ha, sorry, trade secrets and all that. But if you must know, it's not just the PC users that have access to merchant chests...

I just loot everything I see, legally. Bodies, chests, what have you. No illegal activities or unmanly exploits.

Ha, his trade 'secret' is really this glitch where you reach through the ground/map and loot the vendors inventory chest. The accessible ones I know so far are in whiterun, dawnstar, markarth, and solitude. Look it up on YouTube for further info.

And no, I actually ram myself through walls using plates and then stand on placeable chests to get the merchant chests.

I already know about it, never tried it never will. I don't see the sense in cheating when you can easily make a lot of Septims.

Well I have to maintain my life style of being the richest being in all of Tamerial don't I. I have to pay for 4 houses, jewelry rare gems. Also in case they ever patch the money glitch ever since day 1 I have been hoarding gems, jewelry, and ignots, as a insurance so I can sell them when I need money. My rough estimate is 500k/

I'll admit, this thread just reminded me to pay a visit to the chest in Dawnstar...

Do all people cheat here?

Not I! Matter of fact, here's a breakdown of all a few of my characters so far.

Name: Thor a'Zaene (deceased)
Race: Nord
six: Male
Class: Fighter
Sources of income: dungeon diving, bandit raids (50/50 %, roughly)

Thor was my second character. -
-------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Crystal Beth (retired)
Race: High Elf
six: Female
Class: Mage
Main source of income: dungeon diving, bandit raids, College fetch quests, potion sales (from Alchemy)

Beth saved up lots of gold, bought the house in Solitude, and officially gave up adventuring after her partner got killed via friendly fire from Beth.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Gunter, Son of Talos (Active)
Race: Nord
six: Male
Class: Fighter
Main source of income: bandit raids, dungeon diving, chopping wood, Smithing

Gunter (unlike my other characters) will occasionally just chop wood. He makes about 10% of his income this way. And why not? :D He also makes cheap weapons for sale occasionally.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Khahk`hayre
Race: Dark Elf
six: Male
Class: Spellsword
Main source of income: dungeon diving, bandit raids, thievery, potion sales (Alchemy)

Khahk~hayre is more opportunistic in certain ways than my other characters, and doesn't mind being a low-level criminal on occasion. He also has made an oath: he shall never work a day in his life. Therefore, no chopping wood for him! He doesn't steal as much as he did in his early days, though.
