When the game launched, I somehow managed to create a poison that dealt 2400 damage, and also reduces magicka resistance by 100% for over a minute. I think I had rank 2 or perhaps 3 in the first alchemy perk. How this happened is beyond me. I still have a few saved in my first file. :D

The Oghma Infinium. I usually only go down one path though, and don't often go all the way. My Argonian Mage did it for Role Playing purposes.

These are all I use. I used the Oghma Infinum glitch once, and never again.

I can't say that I "like" any of them, although I've used all of them at one time or another...it makes me feel kind of dirty and I regret it later.

I think the one I found most useful:
Waiting right in front of Belathor or Tonilia, etc., right in front of their face, for 48 hours to keep selling to them.
Not really a glitch or an exploit; but I can't beleeeeve I used to go out the door to wait!

using companions to train then taking my money back. also slightly abusing the smithing/enchanting equation, not enough to break my game, but enough to end fights a quicker ex 200 damage swords and improving armor i like to get closer to teh armor cap.

I take advantage of Derkeethus (from Darkwater Pass/Crossing) being marked essential to using him for an ebony blade "friendly" kill, but he doesn't actually die - he just goes into that, like, "recovery mode" and comes out of it without even being hostile. Plus, if you do it while he's a follower, and you can kill him quick enough, you don't even add to your bounty total (but even if you can't or don't care, when he goes into "recovery mode" it counts as "last witness killed" and you're still off the hook).

Oghma, Dawnstar chest and that's really about it.
I did the restoration alchemy loop thing to make a ring that gave my follower a bazillion health one time.

I like purifying the Magicka Fonts at the College of Winterhold, then using the Magicka Regen boost to train a school of Magic my character does not normally use. Ten easy levels do not hurt a Mage as badly as they do a Warrior or Thief, more Magicka makes a big difference in survivability to a Mage, and the perks can be used to boost existing trees instead of a new one.

I always use the house buying one, I've used the Oghma Infinium, the arrow gathering one in Solitude, and the NPC arrow thing.

I want to use the Oghma Infinium glitch, I just have to figure out how to do it right first lol.
Start with the book in your inventory.

1) Activate a Bookshelf.
2) Open the OI (while in your inventory).
3) Read whichever Path.
4) Close the book.
5) Place the book on the shelf.
6) Take the book off the shelf.
7) Select Do not read.
8) Go to step 1.

 I haven't gotten one to 81 yet. My assassin chick is 75, but I only used the OI to get her from like 23 to 42 and then I think I got her a few levels in the high-50s or low-60s - the rest have been 'honest'.

Dawnstar glitch?
I think they're referring to the chest...like the ones in Markarth et al.

Edited for grammar.

Thieves Guild and Followers multiply my rare arrows.

Falmer Helmet + Diadem exploit exploited some more with a mod (diadems and hoods can be worn simultaneously. That actually makes sense, you know.)

I used the Restoration Loop once, but I wasn't too keen on the idea of a pair of leather gloves maxing out my armor level, so I waited until the potion wore off and re-equipped the blacksmitihing gear before I did the smiting.

Speechcraft exploit in Riften, but I only use it to get one level in Speechcraft every now and then.

I haven't managed to hit 70 in Restoration on a Vampire yet, but I think the Necromage Vampire is a cool exploit.

Followers can pick up items beyond their carryweight limit and still run.

I think those are my favorites (and the ones that I actually use), really.

using companions to train then taking my money back. ...

I'm not convinced this is a glitch. Technically you are 'friends' with this person anyway (did them a favor, whatever) so it is not unreasonable that they would train you for free, as your friend. Bethesda just made it awkward to get your money back.

I use the glitch where my armor and weapons don't wear out so I don't have to carry hammers anymore.

Personally I think making jewelry to increase Smithing is a glitch. I'm not saying that making jewelry isn't skillful, but honestly I do know a few jewelry smiths and none of them know anything about making iron swords. Plus the idea of making those pieces of jewelry on that large forge just doesn't seem right either. So I do consider spamming Gold Necklaces to increase Smithing a glitch.

I also killed some mage guy the other day (he was in some ruin full of ghost.) Anyway when I killed him I looted his staff, but when I exited the loot body screen I saw the staff still laying on the ground so I picked it up and had two unique staffs from him.

If it isn't a glitch/exploit its bad design. Every follower except 1 who you can use this way is in the Companions teaching warrior skills. Bit hard on the wannabee mages and rogues that they can't (ab)use the system in the same way.

I've experienced this one, too. Was it the Staff of Jyrik Gaulderson?
