Amazon is not failing a lot lately. They are still the very best place to shop online. Nobody is as easy to do business with.

Amazon, Texas, Collector's Edition, Shipping Soon status, Delivery 11th.

I've got it set for release date shipping from Amazon. It still shows 11/11 and "Shipping Soon".

If it doesn't get here tomorrow, I owe my husband an expensive dinner. That on top of not having Skyrim would make for one unhappy HereKhajiitKhajiit.

If I dont get my rim tomorrow, I will shoot six chickens.

Received the dispatch e-mail this afternoon from Amazon. Hopefully it will arrive tommorow on release day or Saturday

I personally chose the free complimentary shipping, because I am one cheap bastard.

On the Amazon US site, it says you can order it as late as 5pm today (your local time) and still have it delivered tomorrow. Is Amazon holding back shipping to wait for all these very last minute orders? Steam says it will unlock at 10pm tonight. COME ON AMAZON BRING ME THE GAME TODAY!!!!

Why does it say shipping soon?!?! I want it to arrive on time dammit!

If you pick Release Date Delivery the item is normally delieverd via UPS or some other carrier besides USPS, UPS doesn't do that holiday so we WILL still get it


I was worried about my order as well, turns out the game and guide are coming from seperate places unlike what I was told yesterday so kinda mad at that but they say I should still get it on Nov 11th


Mine also says Shipping Soon, but they said it is already on the truck either have shipped or not, could be the site normally takes a long time to update you with the tracking info, once I didn't get my tracking number till 3 hours after the game was deliverd!


Amazon normally ships games with Release Date Delivery the DAY BEFORE, it should arrive on time don't worry, if you are hit up a chat with one of the reps or call them, check ur estimated delivery date

I have 2 open orders and this morning they both said not yet shipped. Now the Guide still says that but the CE says shipping soon...so something is happening.

I have Amazon Prime and I got free release date delivery. It is showing "Shipping Soon" with an estimated delivery date of 11/11.

My mate who lives down the road got his from amazon today. Mine was only dispatched today arseholes.

I stay faaaaaaaaar away from amazon when it comes to preordering.

I don't think folks realize that Amazon typically overnights the release day titles [best way they have to meet their obligation to not arrive before the sale date].

Could just be it is shipping from different locations.

Hell the guide for me is coming from Tulsa while the game is coming from Arizona >.> I live in California

I chose the Super Saver Shipping because I am not in a hurry. Also because I've got a couple of games on my hands that I want to give some time because when Skyrim arrives, it will be the only game I play.

On amazon mine says shipping soon still but I just got a text saying that it's packaged and on it's way!

Mine just shipped within the last half an hour by first class post. I don't dare hold out hope that it'll arrive tomorrow, but then I have had 'super saver delivery' items arrive the day after they were shipped, so who knows?

This is why people get their games late.

Next day shipping= game releases on 11/11/11. Game is shipped on 11/11/11 to arrive next day.

RELEASE DAY SHIPPING= game releases on 11/11/11, game is shipped before 11/11/11 to arrive ON that day.

Need to pay attention to shipping options.

Mine was dispatched at 5.02pm so I'm hopeful for delivery tomorrow.

Mine was dispatched early this morning and the estimated delivery is tommorrow (which is normal for me).

Amazon won't ship it USPS, they'll ship UPS, which delivers on Vet's Day. I've never received anything from Amazon USPS.

Also, I've preordered several games from Amazon, and a couple of times it didn't say "shipped" until the evening of the day before release, and yet I still have always gotten it on the release date. That's just my experience, but I wouldn't be too worried as long as you selected the release date delivery option.
