I'm just a little curious if there are anyone within these forums that do play RS.

I currently don't because I can't run the game anymore.. I don't know why but I don't care too much though I do miss me claws and dragon armor, but I am hoping to get those made in Skyrim just because I miss them XD.

Anyways; in RS, I was a Zarosian. I worn Full Dragon Armor or Full Ancient D'hide Armor. Last time I was one was sometime in Dec for Event and I have a Quest Cape but don't have any of the new 2012 quests done. I was level 119 in the game.

Enough about me, what about you, if you do so play or played the game?

I played the free version years ago. I sold Wind Runes all day in world 11(?), got bored, and quit. Never looked back. :shrug:

I started playing again about a month ago, then I got bored with it again. It's a fun enough game, if repetitive. What really got to me was the community though. Literally every single time I went to the Grand Exchange, someone was trying to pull the "LOL I DUBBLE UR M0N13Z" scam.

I use to play. I am level 121, have a 1901 total level, had the Quest Cape, all my skills are above 70 (Including Dungeoneering), I don't have any 99s. I spent over 150 twenty-four hour days total in the game itself. I played from 6/6/6 to Early 2011.

No. I use to play it. They took a wrong turn in 2004 (or whenever they went from classic to 3D). Although I found myself logging into Runescape just the other day to trade 5 million gold for some stuff in another game. Can't say it never helped me. I learned a bunch of stuff from Runescape, like what "Lol" and "noob" meant a very long time ago in the game.

It is like the worst game I've ever played.

RS is one of my favorite games though it has the worst community I've ever seen.

Yes. Though Jagex hadn't been doing good with it lately and they MIGHT need to sell RS to Blizzard, who will most likely make RuneScape a totally free game since they make enough money from WoW.

i did used to play.. had a level 96. full dragon, full verac's, whips, house, tons of gold, very high skill levels etc.. got hacked, lost everything. now hate the game =/ got one of those dodgy jagex emails, was half asleep and clicked on the link. didnt enter any info but still got hacked. password was changed and i had to appeal like 10 times before they gave it back to me. i hope jagex burns

OH I love music in RuneScape. My friend surprised me once by downloading 403 RS Tracks and put them onto a Flash Drive XD. Made me laugh and was so unexpected. It is also nice cause that is over 24 hours of music and less than 15MBs.

I got hacked when I had like 130M and now I have like 90M. Now I can't even get on so idk if i got hacked yet again or not. >.<

Ex-Runescaper. Level 130 or something, 2200ish total level. Can't look it up, changed my name to something stupid before I quit and can't remember it.

So did I, which is why I played only a little since the GE came around.

While I didn't "merchant" like other people, I did shop smart and saved quite a lot of money buying the gear I wanted cheap and selling it for more when I was done.

This game's actually the origin of my username, and probably the reason I'm on the internet to this day. So even if I despise it with a passion sometimes, I have to thank it.

Oh hello nostalgia. I'm not old enough for this crap.

My first "Jusey1" account was on RuneScape. Started back in 2005 and learned many things because of RS. As for the GE... I liked it. Most updates for RS I liked a lot. Though they rarely make good updates. Their last good update was Ritual of the Mahjarrat, which was a high level quest created by the originally maker of RS. That is one of my fave quests I've done.

Oh. One thing I had to thank RuneScape for is that RS's Dungeoneer Skill inspired one of my biggest mods for Morrowind.

I think the best part of Runescape is the message you get when you max all skills. (I never even got close to that.)

I have so much to thank that game for. Have to thank myself more for eventually quitting. I was 138 and 2300 total by the time I went but it was the best decision that I ever made.

Can't really blame Jagex for the Bots... The people who makes those Bots does so at a very high speed... Back in Oct, I believe, Jagex released a brand new addon to RS that seriously killed, and destroyed, 98% of the bots in the game; and it actually worked... Then months later the bots came back due to "updates".

But it is still cheating and I really hate that so much. One reason why I don't wish to go back to RS. Better off playing on Funorb.

Do you realize you spent somewhat short of half a year in the game?
