What it means in consumer speak is that in 2-3 from the day they sent him that email is when we can expect to receive the OST, no big deal I can wait. However if you DL the unofficial (ripped) ost or somehow manage to DL the official one, it is still illegal to do so until you hold a physical copy in your hands. Once you do hold that legitimate copy, you can DL it as a backup but not share it. Just want you to understand the legality issues with your statement.

GUYS GUYS GOOD NEWS OMG I JUST GOT THIS EMAIL!
Hi Matt!

Thank you for your order! I just confirmed your order as being placed on the 5th.

The Skyrim Soundtrack CD’s are in transit to us from manufacturing at this time, and Jeremy Soule has to sign them before they are shipped out.

Because your order was on the 5th, your order will go out in the first lot.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Best Regards,

Evan

Subject: About my order

My order (reciept is 2572-7972-4739-5077 ) was pre ordered weeks ago. I know it shipped sthis week but it i have to know if it should have been here yet. I have no way of tracking its progress and its almost been a full week at this point. no order ive ever made has taken this long to get here. I would very much prefer proof and knoledge if it even been sent. if it has then considering its been just over 5 days it should be here by now. I payed good money for this soundtrack i expect an equally appropriete delivery time. I am nto living in an out of the way spot and it should have been here. I worry something happened mid transit please get to me as soon as possible

Sincerly,

Matthew R. Farmer

Well I placed mine on the 12th so hopefully I'm on the first lot as well :) At least someone got some news

Well I placed my order on the 3rd & have had no such response.

Besides the original PayPal confirmation I have heard nothing from DirectSong. I've raised 2 tickets, checked my spam/junk folder & na-da.

Beware DirectSong people, Rip-off merchants!!!

I found it & have written them a very strongly worded e-mail demanding an explanation for their terrible service.

I do not expect a response!

Ok. My e-mail was bounced back saying the address doesn't exist. I used ds_support@directsong.com. What address did you use?

When you payed for it you got a confirmation from PayPal and a email from store@directsong.com or something right? Reply to that email address, not the Pay Pal one

I'm a bit worried about this too.

Usually, when I order something online, they usually ask me to create/login an account, provide delivery details like name, address, postal code etc.
However, when I ordered the OST from DirectSong they didn't ask for any of this.
The only thing they asked for was to log into paypal and make the payment. I'm not sure if paypal will give them my address, if not how they gonna know where to send it?

4-6 WEEKS?!! WTF?!

I mean I know he needs to be signing it but he has not even GOTTEN the damn CDS till now?!!!! WTF!!
What have they been doing all this time since the 11th?!
Where do they ship from? Why would it take well over a month to get something like this out? I mean I import things alot from Japan and it hardly takes a month, thats the rare thing.

Anyways sorry for the rant, I just wish if it IS the signing thing that I could just tell them NOT to sign it so I can have my music already -__-

I'm hoping the CD has the info on the CD. Recently many game soundtracks I'll get will show up as "Unknown Album-Unknown Artist" with the songs listed only as Track 1 Track 2 Track 3 on my iTunes or Windows Media Player
