Sad reads really, but oppinions are oppinions as always. I didn't play DA2 so I have no idea, and whenever a game interests me I'll try it regardless, just as with Cry2. I loved the demo so that made me buy it, then if the graphics isn't "OMG BEST EVER" I don't really care, the MP was really fun and my friends like it too, so atleast I'll have some people to play and have fun with.

The OP from the source needs to take the cock out of his ass. This game looks better than all other games i have played atm and im assuming that the devs are working on patching a bunch of the fixes in asap.

Yeah I completely agree, I used to play competitively although I have been to the site a few times but many in my clan either never heard of it or could care less about the reviews on it. Play through the game and finish it as well as give the multiplayer a try and if THEN you still hate it then get rid of it. So far I'm having tons of fun and I've only gotten to the 3rd level so far and took a break to do things in RL.

Crysis was a POS GAME, it was amazing graphically and technically, but the actual GAME part of the videoGAME svcked donkey balls. For those who are saying that Crysis 2 looks better than the original:

have you actually looked at a few comparison screenshots? Compare the lighting, textures, particles, physics. Then come back here and say 2 looks better than 1.

Sure they have added some "ooh shiny and sparkly" effects and motion blur. That, however, is simply to cover up the God-awful textures, draw distances * that and physics.

For all those complaining about the graphics... As far as dx9 graphics go, this is one of the better looking games that i played, and i played a lot of them, including first crysis, far cry1, 2, metro 2033, and so on... And its a multiplatform game, so putting some limitations on the game, like lower res textures, worse particles, etc, is a must if you want to deliver a game that is actually playable on a console... What i do hope, is that in the future, all that will change with dx11 being in the game, so we can enjoy the graphics in all its glory... I do agree on one thing. They did somehow dumb down the game, a lot less settings to play with, etc, but i count that towards the game being multi platform. You just have to make some sacrifices, to make it all work on all platforms, its not a pc exclusive title anymore, which i dont like, but hey, its still a good game, with some hiccups, with many of them fixable...

If youve been gaming for as long as you make it seem then you would know that tons of games have problems like this when they are released.
