I didn't add more dirt I used the same texture dirt of Vanilla to make it match any armor etc , but , any beauty texture that improves the vanilla can be used on my models , ( that's the cool thing ) so if other modders made a beauty skin that fits in the uvmaps of vanilla then you can use as well ... but , is there any out?
The only mod I could find to reduce dirt on bodies was this one: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=18
It won't work w/ your mod because it's too low resolution compared to your original textures (example, the nipbles are blurred). It also completely removes the dirt, not lessens it.
Tried using DDSOpt to reduce the textures to 1024 for the laptop but not having good success there. I have passed the games Skyrim Textures.BSA through DDSOpt and found it to be a great success .. But after passing your textures through it the resulting textures have a slight seem at the neck, wrist and ankle, and a thin seem running down the inside of the legs.
I didn't use DDSOpt, but I noticed a small seam around the neck w/ the original textures (this is w/ no facial mods installed, just vanilla). It's not visible from a distance, you have to get up close to see it. It's more visible when there is a light source directly behind the NPC.
