Ok thanks ...

Pretty silly that This is a mature rated game and you can't link to mature content mods ... but gore and slaughtering is allowed...

The game is, but the forum encompasses other games which are not, so the forum is family friendly :)

Want to graphically remove a man's head from his body? Great. Want to bash someone into bloody hamburger? Awesome. Show a females nipble? YOU MONSTER!!! It's America for you. Looks good though Prometheus.

Nice work. Glad to see you did this in a way that won't conflict since there is no way I would give up Improved NPC Clothing for a body mod that conflicted.

Installed the nvde version and have to say the nipbles and "pubic region" are very well done.

I know you're going for realism over idealism, but I believe the mod strikes a good balance...unlike the other popular body mod.

Now if only we could get the pubic hairs to match hair color (I know, that's asking for too much).

That's the only thing As I wrote in the credits I took from the nvde females mod , I couln't bother looking around in internet , and anyway I am not sure how whould work withall the recoloring ....

What bothers me the most tough is to see Argonian females with briasts .... it looks odd and Unrealistic , I would actually give them a different body if I knew it was possible ....

Will check it out on Nexus!

And I feel your pain with the rediculous moderation on these boards. Links to decapitation and gore mods are ok, but god forbid if you show a tit or link to something containing a semblance of advlt sixual content.

Thanks for posting though, just telling us to search is fine, I can easily find it on Nexus (and have already).

What frustrates me even more is when these mods don't even get posted here and I don't hear about them (as I still come here for most of my mod updates) as a result. So thanks for working through that.

And thanks to the moderators for not over-reacting and deleting the thread or something. While the rules may be stupid, you guys usually handle them well without going out of your way to stifle us modders. :)

You are welcome ...

I am honestly starting to think that I have my own taste for the game .... Shared only by a few selected people ... as I see that my mods never get much endorsemants or among the most liked , while the majority of people seem to like more fancy super high sized retextures even of chairs , pillows or ants and overpolygonal laggy stuff or bare overpaints of a texture over other armors ... those get more visible than any of my works that I made from scratch trying to stick as much as possible to the Vanilla style and compatibility with eye on the performances and not breaking the game mechanics ... So I some people say people forget to endorse but then how they can remember to endorse the retexture of a pillow and not my mods that replace a character u have in front of the eye all time?

Prometheus, I totally understand your desire to stick to vanilla as much as possible, to honor the intent of the developers, and for compatibility.

I understand your need for realism, but please make a version w/ less dirt.

CBBE is unrealistic in that his bodies are spotless, but yours has a little too much dirt. If we could get a compromise, your mod would be perfect.

Try not to worry too much about endorsemants and stuff. It's not a competition. Just make the mods you would like to use yourself.

The stuff I released for Morrowind and oblivion never got a huge amount of attention, and I was always fine with it that way, even when i felt like I put a ton of effort into it, because in the end, they were things I ended up using myself anyways.

I didn't add more dirt I used the same texture dirt of Vanilla to make it match any armor etc , but , any beauty texture that improves the vanilla can be used on my models , ( that's the cool thing ) so if other modders made a beauty skin that fits in the uvmaps of vanilla then you can use as well ... but , is there any out?

Prometheus thank you for the release - Endorsed.

Had a good run around with the nvde version installed on the desktop, no problems that I have seen so far.

Tried using DDSOpt to reduce the textures to 1024 for the laptop but not having good success there. I have passed the games Skyrim Textures.BSA through DDSOpt and found it to be a great success .. But after passing your textures through it the resulting textures have a slight seem at the neck, wrist and ankle, and a thin seem running down the inside of the legs.

Maybe I am getting the options for DDSOpt slightly wrong, or maybe I just need to do them with GIMP instead and pay a bit more attention to detail ... Will find out eventually one of these days.

Anyway, once again thank you. Its nice having a very compatible body mod for a change (compaired with the Oblivion body modding scene this looks very promising - I hope everyone starts using it as a base for other mods) .

The only mod I could find to reduce dirt on bodies was this one: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=18

It won't work w/ your mod because it's too low resolution compared to your original textures (example, the nipbles are blurred). It also completely removes the dirt, not lessens it.

I didn't use DDSOpt, but I noticed a small seam around the neck w/ the original textures (this is w/ no facial mods installed, just vanilla). It's not visible from a distance, you have to get up close to see it. It's more visible when there is a light source directly behind the NPC.

that may be due to the vanilla texture as I didn't change neck area ...

Search Skyrim Nexus for "Prometheus Better Female"
Better still you can link to your profile page and the mod is then two clicks away.

Grabbed and endorsed. Looking very nice. And with Robert back doing his male bodies, I've got everything covered, or not, as the case may be. ;)

After testing many face mods, I think this one works the best (Better Females by Bella) : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2812

The "No Makeup Just Improved Textures" version removes the tiny seam and blends very well w/ the body textures. It requires Xenius's No More Blocky Faces: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=30 to work.

I'm not into the "glamazon" mods because it just doesn't fit this game genre, but Bella's no make up version is acceptable.

If the game is designed the same way as Oblivion in the body meshes, it's VERY close to impossible. Male bodies had one mesh, females had one mesh. Getting a single race to have a different shape was pretty much impossible(though DaMage certainly proved it was not actually impossible with his Centaur). But with Skyrim, I am not so sure. It'd be hard, but I think it's possible, since it seems that Werewolves are actually a race, and so are Dragons(at least in of that the player can change into one via console commands).

Though I doubt it would be possible without the Creation Kit, it may actually be possible instead of a pipe dream in Skyrim. But getting armor to meshes to match your lack of briasts might be hard, assuming they still work like they do in Oblivion(one male mesh, one female mesh which is optional, since the male mesh can be used for both).

Though if you pull it off, you'll have my download. Even if I don't care about the whole "Argonians are Reptiles, and Reptiles don't lactate" thing. Scales /= Instant Reptile you know.

Installed, loved, endorsed. Till now I've been using the default mesh with a custom texture but I'll switch permanently to this one. Two questions for you, Prometheus

-Do you plan to release a version of the mesh with smaller briasts? Since briasts scale with muscles, it's impossible now to have an athletic female that doesn't have huge briasts (this issue is more prominent than with the default Bethesda model)!
-Do you plan to adjust the UV map for texture or keep this way? If I'm not mistaken, your current mesh can use the same skins designed for Bethesda body (I didn't notice any error with my custom skin that I built for it save the different placement of the nipbles when I switch to 'barbie doll' mode).
