Not really... The ones I put in the same line are essentially the same thing, but with a different set of Pokemon in the world. But the ones I put in different lines are different. You could just split it into generations though, if it takes up too many slots.

Pokemon - GB generation.
Pokemon - GBC generation.
Pokemon - GBA generation.
Pokemon - NDS generation.

Still takes up a lot of slots, but... it's less than before.
