Boone = best follower? : Fallout: New Vegas

sorry but not one person has said anything about her. She is dull and not interesting..sorry to to pop ur bubble :disco:

Boone is at the bottom of my list, he does seem pretty boring. But i may be wrong once i get him though. I'll side with SpEcTrE on this one, i mean come on! It's John Cassidy's freakin daughter!! :foodndrink:

I plan on siding with Caesar's Legion so Boone will be a no go for me. I always loved the BoS so I'll probably get the scribe girl or Raul because he looks cool.

but its weird. his companion mission involves that ghoul rocket base "Repcon"

i thought it would have something to do with getting them back

Mutants are a plague on the nation so Raul and Lilly are out of the queston; Boone is ex-NCR, a weak, crumbling faction which no longer possess the strength to spark America's rebirth; and neither Veronica nor Cass interest me.

Arcade Gannon seems to be the most likely candidate, but it's entirely possible for my viewpoint to be swayed.

In any case, anyone willing to aid the Legion's campaign will be welcomed with open arms; those against me will be executed. Harsh, but fair.

Most likely he will give you multiple quests, since he has a quest where you will have to deal with the murderers of his wife. You also learn of his unborn kid in that mission.

Remember the sniper on top of the dinosaur? That's Boone waiting to shoot on your command. You have to lead the killers to their deaths.

If Boone turns out to be deper than just the generic hardened soldier i'll probably go with him on my NCR playthrough but otherwise ED-E and Veronica are gonna be my first followers.

I'm also looking forward to Cass if only for the fact that she's related to Cassidy and is a cowgirl.

He probably will be a good one. However I can't speculate on saying he will be the best till I recruit him.
