BOSS - Better Oblivion Sorting Software

In order to detect what is activated and what isn't BOSS would have to query the registry. Not sure how to do that in C++. If anyone wants to rewrite the program and give it some enhanced functionality, I won't stop them!

And I really don't see the point. Why would you want your activated mods put in the correct order, but not the inactive ones?!

I have just released a new plugin: "Map Marker Overhaul - SI additions.esp".

It is part of http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26389. It is load order-independent (contains one quest with one script, and adds some new map markers in SI), but the position that makes most sense is just after the main "Map Marker Overhaul.esp".

nope I was serious about deleting the esp... OOO esp has scripts for it, and some things from OOO will be blocked if you use the HC standalone esps.

It's gone,.. I found my issues whe due to the first install OOO 34 was not a full install so I manage to find a 33 Full install and upgraded from there and that gave me all the
mesh's and the harvest esp as well.

The one thing I did find (food for thought) was even following that install walk through was that getting the correct download was not always easy,. sometmes the liks took
me to choices where I could get the wrong files or the named file in walk through was jus a little different from that of the download file name which could cause an issue for the
unwarey,.. "Muphy's law" plays a large part in this a.

For example I got the google list and used that with BOSS and had ALL my modes unknown which I'm thinking should not of happened so I put back the list that came with the archive
I'm pretty green when it comes to this a,.. I voiceing this not as a negitive but to give you top guns an idea how we lesser mortals think/understand when it come to this type of
setup and see where things might go wrong for people

I have to thank you tho my game has never looked/felt this good to play I jus need fix duplicate race issues now but I think thats a whole other subject a

yeah I usually wait until I have at least half a dozen changes and then my internet dropped off last night - but at least you put it in the same position so when I updated and then comitted it didn't require manual conflict clearing... which has happened a couple times to me before and is irksome (but easy).
And I found just a few unrecognized ones, and since every else is posting them, I'll do the same.

You probably saved the masterlist from Google as a Unicode document. I did that once and I figured out that you have to save it in the ANSI format. When you overwrite your current masterlist with the Google list then save it, you will probably see an error message about characters that won't be saved. Ignore the warning and click on yes.

I should add that the reason it was set up like it is on Google is to allow a whole group of us to add to and edit the list at will and some edits may be highly experimental. The ones put on Nexus are, for the most part, extra-safe, or that's the idea though so far there's been little controversy over edits and there's really not been a lot of versions with serious problems. A few months ago, when we were getting into the swing of things, some edits were a little 'experimental' and got revised and a bunch of mods Arthmoor was looking after kept getting accidentally moved to wrong locations (who me?) thanks to some hasty restructuring for Better Cities and other mods, but it's been good recently. Extra kudos to PacificMorrowind who's doing lots and lots of forum based updates.
