Trying not to put in spoilers: I don't know if someone has posted this already, but...that certain 20lb quest item from the main quest can be sold to the College of Winterhold's librarian. Took me a while to find that out, and its not mentioned anywhere, but you sell it to the same guy you talk to for the quest to find that quest item. Anyways, its not bugged and it will be removed from your inventory this way.

I've noticed in my play through that the texture quality in Windhelm (not the Palace) is quite poor. The textures are blurry so I'm guessing they are not loading (scaling?) correctly. This is probably commonly known as an issue, but I've noticed it more in Windhelm than anywhere else.

There's a bug in the quest to find the book "The old ways" for the college librarian.
If you "accidentally" found the book before you get the quest you can't seem to advance.
The quest just points to an empty chest. I've tried removing the book, readding the book to my inventory, dropping it, adding it to the chest through the console but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have a fix for that?

To open containers, I have to double-tap E.

Single E allows me to pick the container up, then drop it elsewhere.

That's not what the in-game help says, nor is this documented in the DVD booklet.

That woman's flute you are sent to recover (Bard's college quest) isn't removed from your inventory upon completing the quest. (there goes another few units of inventory space....)
